Wish there was a 0 star because that's what this business and owners deserve. Cracked my windshield and refused responsibility. Absolutely furious. Took my car through this place expecting a quick, basic wash -- left with a cracked windshield and a whole lot of attitude from the owners. Owners bout as worthless as the overpriced services they provide. I immediately pointed it out, but instead of taking responsibility or even showing concern, the owner brushed me off like I was making it up. They offered zero help, no apology, nothing. Just told me it "couldn't have happened here." I did my due diligence filled out the incident report and waited never heard from them. I call back and they tell me it was a previous crack, but when I filled out the form they told me there was this whole investigation that takes place and I would have access/ would be able to see. I've been calling everyday for 2 weeks and The owners won't even get on the phone they hide behind there employees saying disrespectful comments in the background that you can clearly hear. If you value your vehicle -- avoid this place like the plague.The owners clearly don't stand behind their business or treat customers with respect. Disgraceful read more

I use the self svc car wash and was told by the girl at the desk in the full service area to use the free vacuums anytime you pay for any of their car washes because their self pay $ vacuums are usually out of order or the change gets stuck. I use the free vacs after I run my car through the car wash with no proble. Recently they have a guy come out and say you have to pay$3 or pay for the full service car was. Not happy with this place. The guy didn't seem to be too happy to have to give each car the bad news. Don't blame him. They lost a customer or maybe more, been going there for years. read more

Had a slight issue with film on the car after the first wash. They found the issue, fixed it and sent me through with an upgraded wash. The fix took some time, which put them behind during a busy time of day. They moved all hands on deck to catch up. Great customer service and an amazing showing of leadership and teamwork! read more

Sent my new (used) car for their black diamond detail package, it got pushed to the side for other cars all day and then they charge me for all of the services ends up being around $200 and I had to clean it myself when I got to it. An absolute joke. The wheels were not even touched, the center console and dash compartments are dirty and they didn't even wipe down the outside. Horrible work. Horrible communication. I have been coming here for a bout a month now. Awesome customer service. Amazing Staff and managers always willing to help! Not to mention amazing monthly passes! $20.00 a month you can't beat that and with winter months coming soon if you commute to salt lake and back daily , we all know the amount of salt used on the roads! For the car wash it's mediocre. But for the full service (detailing), don't bother. If you have anything in the car, they won't move it to vacuum under it. Thru don't even lift the center dividers to vacuum under them. They don't tell you any of this. They don't vacuum trunks... They spend MAYBE 5 minutes vacuuming. If you think they are going to actually do what you pay for, think again. I bought the most expensive service and the car was not vacuumed properly. They don't even vacuum the back of the seats!!! I do not recommend this for a full service detail car wash. There are not very many options in this area for full service detail car wash, but I would rather spend $5 to support a fundraiser for kids, than ever give my money to this facility again. I paid for the $35 interior and exterior wash. I found scratches on my vehicle, a fog light cover missing and a weather strip knocked out of place, from the was bay. The teenaged employees did an unprofessional job on the interior. When they came out to get me, I thought that it was pretty quick. When I started looking things over, I had to ask for 7 different places to be wiped down, as they had not even been touched, to include the foot running boards in each door, the middle console in the back, the back door had streaks of mud running down from the license plate. I had to actually grab the vacuum and re vacuum a handful of places, to include the seats! While doing this, I made eye contact with the owner of this establishment and he gave me a look that made me feel like I was doing some thing wrong. In my opinion, no one takes any pride in their work over here and it is unfortunate in the regard that these young people are the next generation of our workforce. I hope someone instills some sense of work ethic in them along the way, because they are not gaining that experience here. When I got out of the detail bay and hit the sunlight, I saw that the entire dash and gage console had not even been touched. I went home and redid the entire cabin with Armorall. read more

Saying I'm disappointed with this place would be an understatement. I heard wonderful things about them so I had them detail my car. When I looked inside there was dust, crumbs, and even a few dead bugs in the back. The outside was still even dirty. It wasn't even touched! After I called and complained the manager said he would clean it the next day himself. Did he call me back? No! It was the biggest waste of money!!! I can clean cars better than them!!!! read more

Went for the first find today. Paid the $35 for interior and exterior Cleaning. I thought they did a very good job. Customer service was great. The only miss was I specifically asked for my console compartment to be vacuumed out and was assured it would and after I left realized it wasn't. Other than that my SUV was pretty dirty from my Kids and it looks fabulous. Couches are comfy while you wait. read more

I was probably one of their initial pass holders. Only place I got my car washed until recently. Waited and waited to have someone come out to start the wash. Nobody. Honked. Nobody. Went in after a while and no one was at the front desk. A kid comes out of a back office and I asked where everyone was. He got defensive and his dad came storming out, saying that I hadn't been waiting and not to disrespect his business or his son (who looked like he should've been in school). Poked me in the chest and initially refused to give me my money back. This guy is MENTAL. LOCO. Now I go to Pit Stop and SAVE $10 a trip. Thanks for your unwarranted childish behavior. Shammy Shack Sucks!!! I have gone here for over a year and have been OK with the automated wash. However, when I got the extra services - interior cleaning, etc. the staff is lazy and does a very mediocre job. I tried to go a few times in the last week, and they were closed for maintenance. Did they offer anything in return for my trouble of going there a number of times that they were closed? NOOO. Finally, I was able to get a car wash on Tuesday, signed up for the extra tire cleaning for $2 extra dollars. Honestly, I really thought the service was worse than ever. At that time I did not have enough time to vacuum out my own car. Today I went back to take advantage of that service and there was some Nazi employee that told me I could only do that on the same day as the wash. I really hate Shammy Shack, and I hate the way you spell your stupid name! I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and you guys just suck. read more
