I am confused, how can I go through a car wash twice and still come out dirty?? This company needs to do some quality control. This location keeps failing at not only cleaning, but also their customer service. I have been coming here for quite a while and in the beginning it worked great....what happened? I am completely disappointed with this company and feel like I need to be compensated for the poor quality, and awful service. I am also starting to notice a lot of scratches on my truck, why? What can the management do to improve these issues? If nothing changes I will be canceling and taking our vehicles somewhere else. WARNING: CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY BEFORE YOU ARE THEIR NEXT VICTIM! If you value your vehicle, stay far away from this Quick Quack location. On Tuesday, their high-pressure dryers completely shattered and blew out the 3rd-row sunroof on my 2023 BMW X7. When I immediately went to management, the on-site employee looked at the damage and literally said, "Wow, this is the second time in two weeks, I was told this has happened because we got a new dryer." That's where the corporate scam began. The local manager, Ethan, and his boss, Spencer, went into full cover-up mode. Ethan completely ducked his promised follow-up calls to me. When they finally responded, they officially DENIED my corporate claim (Incident #IAD0023140) using a completely bogus, edited-looking picture of the aftermath, trying to claim my sunroof had a "pre-existing hole." It was a flat-out lie to evade liability. When confronted about what their own employee admitted on the scene regarding the faulty new machinery, Ethan claimed he "could not disclose" information regarding whether the dryer had been recently replaced. They know their equipment is actively destroying customer property, yet they continue to recklessly run vehicles through it. The total dealership estimate to fix the sunroof is $6,200. I am incredibly lucky that I have a great insurance policy and my deductible was only $50 , so my insurance company is paying the dealership. While QuickQuack avoids and doesn't care about loyal customers. If you do not have a $50 deductible, a malfunctioning machine at this wash could cost you thousands of dollars out of pocket while Ethan and Spencer cook up fake stories to protect their corporate office. I go out of my way to go to this location because the staff is SO NICE and friendly no matter what the weather is like, what time of day, or which staff. This location specifically has some of the best customer service!!! My car is always clean and if there is a line it goes quickly. Thank you for being one of the best customer service businesses!!! Great wash that actually cleans your car. Unfortunately if you come by after 8pm there are no towels available so you don't get the full value of your membership. I stop here multiple times per week and there are never any clean towels. I'm a fan of a clean car, and Quick Quack Car Wash does the job. This one is conveniently located near a lot of other businesses and restaurants, so when I'm out running errands, it's easy to stop by. They have excellent vacuums-including air compressors to get into those tiny areas. I get a little chuckle out of the duck theming-from the signage to the trash receptacles. They do a great job! Although the attendant at the beginning does try to sell the monthly membership, it's not too pushy. read more

They did a great job! Absolutely love this location right by Cosco. I was amazed at how strong the vacuums were - finally something that works to pick up everything! I don't care enough to wash my car on a regular basis so I didn't get the monthly plan but it does seem pricey. But that's also because I wouldn't find value in it. For one this wash is trash and hardly cleans your car, for two I cancelled my membership and then was charged the next month, I tried get in contact with the store manager and I got no response. Went through the Sandy car wash and it didn't get my car very clean. I asked the attendant if I could go through again to get the car clearer and he said I had to pay again. Apparently the policy is if our wash doesn't clean your car just keep paying until it does. Ridiculous read more

UPDATE: Both Quick Quack customer service and here in response to my review say that it is posted and listed in the agreement that was signed via the iPad that this is a monthly subscription starting immediately. But what they can't tell you with certainty is what the kid handing you the iPad said. And the employee said, "this is just for one month." It was a limited time offer as they were just opening up. Anything "posted" in signs you would expect to be superceded by what the employee tells you. Buyer beware. We got a month's worth of washes for $9.99 in November 2019. Great deal! Right? Nope. They charge you monthly, say you signed a monthly agreement, and charge you $29.99. Noticed the charge this month, called customer service and find out they've been charging for 8 months. $240 and we went there once. As long as you know you're being charged automatically, that's fine. Say they can't refund any of it. read more

My complaint is about Quick Quack terms of service agreement. This was my first time to try Quick Quack car wash and the special at the new store was for $9.99 for the deluxe package. I purchased the month pass gave them my email and signed the receipt. The attendant did not mention or disclose that the card would be automatically billed $29.99 for the next month billing cycle and after I was able to read the email, there is a $5.00 cancellation fee if you cancel within 45 days after purchase. This place is always busy! The employees do a great job at getting everyone through the line quickly. The business definitely planned for this amount of business since they have tons of vacuuming stations. The employees are hospitable and welcoming. I like how you can vacuum your car after getting it washed. The vacuums are very powerful and have great suction. Be careful of what you suck up because it's impossible to get it back. I've sucked up a couple pieces of my sons candy on accident and then he wondered where his candy was. The car wash gets your car clean and washed quickly. Quick Quack has raised their prices a couple dollars over the last year, which is a little disappointing. read more

Glad they are opening one up here! I've been going to this place down south and it is definitely one of the better options for someone wanting to wash their car multiple times a month. They have improved a lot over the past year as well. I've done the unlimited for about a year and the basic package ($19.99/month) does a pretty good job! It's worth the money you pay for sure. If you want to upgrade you might as well do the $30 package. I just moved to it. Does a really good wash all around with a very nice tire scrub and shine! Also drys you off well. They give you a dash wipe every time you visit and it is honestly pathetic. Leaves streaks all over my dashboard. I ended up collecting a bunch that was just super wasteful. I decline when they offer them to me now. They have really good vacuums that are free. It would be nice if they had a station by the vacuums with some cleaning rags and solution. You can also add as many vehicles to your package that you'd like for $15! That will make the package you have cheaper if you split the cost. Overall, the process is easy, quick, and reliable. Minimal direct interaction, mostly surrogate interaction that leads to a lot of relieving steps for the customer. read more

The bow ties look stupid, let your people wear something comfortable. It's a car wash not the ritz. It looks so out of place and honestly I can tell they're not super thrilled about having to wear a penguin suit. Other car washes have their people wear FUNCTIONAL uniforms that make sense for the work and weather. I'm not going to support a brand that subjects their employees to unnecessary costs and discomfort. Side note, the car wash was just ok and a bit over priced, but the facilities are nice and the greeter was friendly. I pay nearly $50 a month as a member for this car wash, I have multiple cars. Tonight it's raining the place is a ghost town I pull up and my jeep is muddy. They turned me away because it was too dirty. The car wash meant to do only one thing (wash cars) couldn't wash mine because it was too dirty. So ironic, so if you get memberships because your car of all things gets dirty don't get one here. Love this car wash. They have the colors (great for kids) and best price I've seen for basic wash. They also give a little towelette to clean your dash and are not pushy to get a monthly pass. Car washes were mostly fine except for a few times when they closed to change brushes and then we had several washes where it didn't get everything after the new brushes. BILLING is where they get you. They are just like gyms who want to take your money and make it difficult to stop the membership and don't offer refunds. We had a monthly membership for a long time. Decided we needed to cancel. Couldn't log in online. Of course it's a pain to find time in the schedule to call or contact a company. Got charged and the day of the charge reached out to get a refund and cancel. Nope, no refund, in the small writing terms and services you have to cancel 10 days before the charge comes out and it can't be done online. If you sign up with them be aware and read the terms. They don't care about the individual just taking your money. I would not go back to them again.For $31.99 a month I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I have a membership with Quick Quack & usually my experiences here go well but as I'm asking for a car freshener you could already tell from the start that Patrick was annoyed he had to grab it. We then proceed & he hands me the wrong one so I politely told him & he got even more irritated saying "So what, you want the other yellow one?" & I said "yes, please." & dude really had the nerve to say "well, I have other cars behind you" so he's implying that him grabbing me the right one is an inconvenience bc he has other cars to deal with which I was in awe about bc I'm literally helping your guys Sales. I usually write reviews in google, but its not working, so here it is. Quick quack is now my favorite car wash. They took me away from Mister by a landslide. I came in with my kids to give it a shot, and the young boy who scanned my plate, I think it was Isaac, was super friendly, explained their washes, and was SUPER patient with me. In the end, he even told us about the hidden ducky and my kids had so much fun looking for him. Their vaccums are awesome, and I came to learn they offer a discount if you sign up your family, where you pay just 15 bucks for the unlimited for any more cars you want washes. What a deal! have had a membership for a couple years and ran my car through the car wash and parked to dry it and noticed a gouge down the side of my back bumper. so I checked out my other car that I had been running through the same car wash previously and noticed large cuts in my tires. now I don't trust using the car wash and cancelled my membership. I won't be using quick quack anymore. my advise if you do use QQ check your car after each wash. read more
