I signed up for the monthly unlimited service and have used the service twice. So far, the system recognized my plate and I was able to use the drive through car wash. Their vacuum works quite well. I like the clean unlimited towels. Giving 4 stars because the drive through wash does not remove the dead bugs off the front bumper. The employees were rude to customers. I was asking for some wet wipes and they gave me 2, when I asked for a couple more, they claimed it's limited to 2 per customers or I have to pay 5 for $1! It's not like everyone is asking for wipes! I don't wash my car as often as I should despite paying over $60/month on the unlimited wash. I would not recommend this place to anyone! They're out for your money only minus customer service. PS: watch your front license plate. After a few washes, the front plates bend on both ends! A couple weeks I mentioned to the manager or whoever was in charge that day that one of the turnstiles wasn't working and was not satisfied with my wash, which that happens. Absolutely do not go here! The mirrors on my Lexus were damaged to the point of being hazardous to drive the vehicle. The claim was filed same day and it is being denied because a friend who is a mecanic told the manager that my mirrors must have been damaged prior to the wash. Once the manager said that, I asked for her friends name and she wouldn't tell me. Ashley said they were going to deny the claim any way. I asked for a written denial and she wanted to text it to me! I like this place! It was not that busy in the vacuum area on that day. There were plenty of towels to wipe my car, the nice lady asked if I am a member and I said, I used to be a member but did not utilize it much do I dropped that monthly charge snd just go when I feel like it. read more

THIS PLACE WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!! I went here today for a quick wash before I drove out to Hayward. Mid wash their machine RIPPED my passenger side mirror from my car. I brought it up to the manager Brandon and he gave me an "oh well, sorry about that" attitude. They don't cover damages to cars unless they are less than 5 years old!?! The guy didn't even offer to refund my car wash. I shouldn't have to pay for this out of my own pocket when damage was done by THEIR machine by THEIR company. I was so scared to drive to Hayward with my damaged mirror I had to turn around and go home because of how dangerous it was and I missed my doctors appointment. Terrible business practice, terrible Customer service, and terrible experience. I will never go to another Quick Quack EVER again. And I will recommend others to go elsewhere as well. read more

Went here for a wash out of convenience, ended up with a (unrequested) subscription and damage to my doors. The cashier that was handling the transaction asked me twice and I said no to the membership since I don't come by as often. Once I was able to dry off my car, I noticed my doors have damaged and left streak marks. Not sure why I have problems at this location. The price, service, and outcome are not worth the one-time ceramic wash ($28). read more

Very embarrassed for her. she asked me if I was interested in buying a package and I started to explain how I bought a package that was misrepresented and she cut me off. It went downhill from there. Pulled up to the non-members lane and was greeted by Roro with a great big smile!! She took her time to explain everything without being pushy like some membership places do. Roro made me feel very comfortable and I was able to select the car wash that I wanted and have a quick in and out trip. I got a "good car wash" for $12.99 and it cleaned my car amazingly!! The car wash itself is still pretty brand new so everything is a great working condition. The dryer at the end do a really good job of drying your car and after I parked in the self dry/vacuum area to detail my car. I lived in this area for over 20 years and this is the best car wash station around. I love how they provide you with free microfiber towels and you can use as many as you want for your car and then just drop it off at the dirty towels. The other workers all had smiles on their faces, which made me feel really good about being at the station. A lot of workers around makes it feel very safe and I know if I have questions I can always find someone to help me. Amazing value at this car wash station and you guys are gonna have to go for your self to see the amazing team and awesome equipment they have over there. read more

Unfortunately, I will not be back. Signed up for the monthly membership as I seen it as a good deal. First car wash my license plate was holder and plate was tried off and bent. Car did not come completely clean. Second time it ripped off the plate holder and car again didn't come clean. Great concept. Great deal it's just the brushes in the wash are damaging my car. Update: In response to the owners non accountable response my license plate has custom bolts that are also enclosed with a custom license plate holder. Also, there were scratches on my car that weren't there before. I would suggest taking your plate all the way off but, that's time consuming. The second wash ripped the whole custom plate holder and one bolt came off. I can use the car washes any place else and have no problem. I don't know what Quick Quak has their settings on but the brushes are way too hard. read more

Really good Car Wash! Took me a total of 10 minutes, and barely had to dry anything since the machine dried almost all of the car. Definitely recommend the membership to someone that constantly has a messy car and or business that requires a clean car such as Turo, selling cars, or Uber. Definitely coming back. read more

Horrible customer service the attendant in the picture was very mean and rude and didn't listen to what I was saying. Ended up, going to another quick quack, and they resolve the issue. Provide towels to dry and vacuums which is amazing. They were super helpful including AJ!

Overall the car wash is convenient it's nice to have small towels available to finish off wet spots if your particular about the clean look of your vehicle, vacuums are definitely have good suction and the mini air blower works good in tight spaces like the dash board area to remove dust accumulation on speakers etc. read more
