I am posting this for my Mother In Law who is not a yelp user. Thanks for helping her out! Today the guys at Quick Quack Car Wash on Soncy proved that they are the best car wash in town! When my car had a flat tire as I was coming out of the washer, three of the employees,Luis, Jon, and Dillan (and another gentleman whose name I failed to get)all came immediately to my rescue to help me out. They first made sure that I was alright and then they continued to help me with my tire. They were so courteous to me in spite of the huge inconvenience it was for them and for their business. They worked in the heat to help get my car out of the way and then worked diligently to change my tire for me. I cannot express enough how very grateful I am for all they did for me! read more

Incredibly bad customer service. Don't get tricked into the free trial. No mention of cancellation fee, cancellation difficult, no phone customer service connection, dishonest staff. To add: cancellation was asked in advance before next payment date, and I was still charged. I went in person, email, called and the issue could still not be resolved. read more

i use Quick Quack car wash a lot today I used a different location and to tell you the truth I almost want to cancel my membership . The location had no clean towels , parts from the vacuums on the floor , towels on the floor and they barely even come out to bring you in the bay then the employees go back in the office and don't see them again ! If I was the district manager they would all be let go. read more

I have been a member for a couple of years, but my experience last Sunday put me above the top. I went through the was and noticed a film on my car, so I drove back around and waved to have the guy come out to ask if the water was dirty. The guy starts aggressively waving me in, being a jerk. He finally approached i asked him if the water was dirty, and he said he didn't know but if I would like to cancel my membership. Wow, I didn't think we were going from 0 to 100 here. However, while I was at it, I gave him a tip. It doesn't make sense to have a guy standing out drying off cars if the towels were soaked and streaking the cars and windows. He said drying off is a show, not actually to dry the car. We try to give the customers what they want. Again, feel free to cancel your membership. So again, I need to cancel my membership based on a suggestion. Besides, buddy, I don't think the customers want the car; they just came to wash it streaked up because the guy wiping down the vehicles doesn't use a dry towel. The guy informed me he was the manager. He's a short, little Hispanic guy with a terrible attitude. And I will be canceling my membership there are many places to get your car washed in Amarillo that will clean my car, and if I do have a problem, I wont be met with such hostility read more

Spent $20 on a car wash just for my truck to still be dirty. The vacuums had horrible suction. There were still bugs all on the windshield and the grille. Now my front plate is all bent. Will definitely just be going to one where I spray the truck down myself from now on. This was our first time going to this wash and there was no one there to greet and go over the type of wash packages so we pulled forward to the entry of the wash to see if that attendant would help us. Eventually the guy ran out to help us. The only person that did a good job was the guy at the end that dried our mirrors. Seemed like the other 2 staff members didn't care to be there at all. read more

Staff is always friendly. But i wish they had a pre-conditioning spray to remove bug residue from the front of the car.

Free car washes today for all and free for veterans and active duty tomorrow for Veteran's Day 2021. As a veteran, I appreciate their public service and commitment. Customer service here is excellent. read more

The was was so clean this morning, ran smoothly, everyone was friendly. Vacuums were working great got all my kids crumbs up, lots of towels stocked to dry my car with also! All around best experience with them in a while! read more

First and I'm guessing last time there I got turned away because my car was too muddy... Not sure if this is an actual policy or not but if I can't take my car to wash because it's too muddy then what's the point of the car wash??? Lol I'll add pictures to show how muddy my car is, I got stuck when it snowed that's why it got this bad. read more

Will never return. The two girls working here were snotty and unhelpful. I had never used this franchise before and had a few questions about one time use vs. membership, but the girl helping me didn't give me a chance to ask. Before I could tell her which selection I wanted she just quoted me a price and said "I'm giving you a deal." It was the "best wash" (normally $20 a pop) and I still had to go through again because it didn't get rain stains off my hood. When I went through the second time, the other employee came running out the front door screaming "No! No! No!" to the truck behind me who accidentally pulled past the check-in station. TLDR: Immature staff and the $20 "best wash" didn't get everything off in the first wash. read more

Went to this location this morning and it'll be my new go to from now on. Friendliest people I've met in a long time and they did an outstanding job compared to the 45th and Coulter location which is horrible but close to our house. I'll make the trip here from now on. read more

I go to the one on Georgia Street by wolflin and today was great. CJ pre washed my car and my husbands and she went out of her way to be helpful and she was very friendly. read more

The car wash is OK but they tend to wash wipe your windows with rags that are already wet so they're strict and then they miss things like the driver side windshield. So my advice is always make sure you have enough time to get out and go clean your windows and wipe your car down yourself. read more

So the regional manager stepped in and talked to us snot the damage done to my daughters car and told us they'd get it repaired. We got the car back and they kept their word. I'd highly recommend Quick Quack for customer service and for a great car wash!! read more

It's 12:33 at lunch time. Got here around 11:50. They said they had a broken roller and it would be a ten minute wait. One truck backed out on the outside lane into a pole trying to get out twenty minutes in and they cars are backed up in a single lane with no way out. Still waiting with no assistance from the crew to help people get out and go on with their day. They should at least refund our money for how long we've sat here. I paid 17.99 in cash. Have not seen the attendant since with any kind of updates or assistance. Usually a good place but this situation was handled poorly. read more

This place deserves 10 plus stars. We stayed at Home2Suites last evening, a someone egged our car, and needed to get it off the entire windshield and paint before we began our trek home. We found this car wash and these guys gave us the best customer service we could of hoped for. They definitely renewed our faith in humanity. There are good people in the world!! They advertised a special this week for half priced car washes on social media. When I pull up she tells me it's half price for the monthly subscription for 1 month, not individual washes. This is incorrect according to their FB page, but whatever. She then harasses me trying to get me to purchase their overpriced monthly subscription. I told her no and just wanted the cheapest wash ($8). At the end there was no employee there to towel dry it, then I try to use vacuums but they barely work and there were no towels in any of the dispensers. After looking over my vehicle I notice it wasn't very clean either. And every car after me was towel dried so I guess that's a service only provided for the overly priced washes? Will go anywhere but here in the future. read more
