An employee immediately came out to greet us and directed us to the self-service car wash area. The signage was adequate, clear, and legible. There were two employees inside the garage, one who instructed us on payment ($20 for the most expensive wash, which is what we chose). They take credit cards. Instead of having your bays where you pull in on one side and then pull our on the other when you are done, they have it where the bays are back to back and a wall between them. That means that you either have to back into a bay or be very careful when you leave. This set up is baffling to me, I understand that they were using the lot to their maximum benefit, but it is rather cramped. Especially if you show up here after a really bad snow storm to wash off the salt and everyone else has the same idea. Change machine on premise if you didn't come with a pocket full of quarters. A few vending like machines for some interior cleaning supplies, sweet scents and what not. I do not recall seeing vacuum stands, but I really wasn't looking either. Standard two dollar to start.

Although I would love to see how the $2 option works. There is an option to remove your floor mats and actually shampoo them. If I would have had more time I would have checked that out. The machine accepts credit cards which may make some mad because I had thought I was paying a lot less than what I ended up seeing on my bill for a single swipe. However, the spray guns work and all the settings work (i.e. soap was soap and water was water). They have plenty of space behind the car ports to dry your car and vacuum. You will watch your credit card charge run up and up as you frantically attempt to call the service number, which will prove to be a complete waste of time. You will then feel stuck in the bay, unable to leave as anyone would be able to pull in and use the base while your credit card is being charged.
