I received excellent service from Chance. I had a flat tire on Route 30, just off turnpike at Breezewood and called AAA. I was told it would be a few hours till someone would come. I called RCR to inquire about a new tire for my car. Chance did not have my particular tire in stock which was from 2012, the original tire on my Subaru. After waiting for over two hours with no communication from AAA, they finally showed. The serviceman was terrible. He was angry and threw tools. He did not communicate with me on arrival time per AAA message. After putting on a spare, I drove car to RCR. Chance looked at the donut and stated that it was not put on correctly. It did not have enough air in it. It also had a broken locknut socket that the AAA person broke. Good thing I didn't drive further. I had a 2 hour drive home but was staying with a friend. Chance ordered tires and replaced them the next day. He ran into a lot of trouble because the tool used to put on pictures spare was broken and couldn't be used but he figured out a way to get the tire off and put four new tires on my car. They. Chance was very helpful and patient. I had called him several times while deciding what to do. He also had to deal with the poor work done by AAA. I highly recommend his garage. He is very knowledgeable. He called me to keep me up to date on the repair job and checked on me on my way home to make sure everything was good. The price was fair and my husband was very pleased and appreciated Chance making sure that I was safe and had a car to drive with good tires. read more

Road trip from NC to PA and we broke down on 1-70 west with a flat tire and drove on the spare to RCR Auto Services. Chance was beyond helpful in a stressful situation, was willing to be available at whatever time we pulled in and got the tire changed out and had us back on the road in no time. Also, took a few minutes to educate us on another issue and even called us once we were back on the road to make sure we were all good! While road-tripping from Missouri to New Jersey , We had a "low tire" pressure alert on our almost-brand new Audi. Chance was sooo helpful and plugged the nail hole to get us back on the road. I would give 10 stars if I could! A large spike from road construction punctured my tire. My new car doesn't have a spare, and the hole was too large to use the sealant kit. Chase drove to me and patched my tire, saving me for a bargain price! read more

Tires is exactly what he does. No, not your engine. Not your battery... TIRES. And he will beat anyone else's price locally- I promise. And that price will generally include mounting, balancing, installing, the whole deal. Even along the side of the highway he'll get you what you need for less that the cost of just the tire itself some other places!!!! The service at RCR is on-call. Meaning if you want something done you should call/text first. He very well could be along the road helping someone in need! Honestly, if you want more accurate info check the Google reviews. I was halfway through a 5 hour drive when I realized that my back tire was quickly losing pressure. I was a short distance from RCR and drove over. Luckily, Chance was there and he dropped everything and patched my tire. Really saved my day. Awesome guy, great small business owner. RCR saved us when we were driving from Pittsburgh to Philly. I had a show to play that night and they had a good tire, they drove out 20 min to us to fix it (instead of us getting it towed for $$$) and got us back on the road in time, while also making sure they did a good job. I broke down i was told through facebook and online maps and lookups that this place is 24:7 they had me tow my car here. I am on a trip we stayed in a hotel said they would have it up and running within a day. Its been 3 days i havent been able to reach them.
