Also, they taped my mirrors up and rush you to drive out of the exit when it finishes, but I can't drive with my mirrors taped. I don't like them putting tape on my car without asking me either. Finally, at the beginning, I always turn on car wash mode in my car. But I was clicking the car wash mode on the screen and the guy outside my car yells at me to tell me to pay attention to him and not look at my screen. There was no reason for him to get frustrated as it only takes maybe 15 seconds or so for me to turn on the mode. In addition to all of that, my car is not even clean. There are still bugs and dirt spots all over the car and the windshield is dirty even though I paid for the upgrades.

I've been using Sharp Detail for several years now and have always been impressed with their…read moreservice. They frequently offer online promotions, which makes it easy to get all of my cars detailed at once--or just one if that's all I need. Scheduling is simple through their website, and they follow up with a human confirmation (or you can easily call to book by phone). Communication is always clear and professional. Most recently, Thomas detailed my Mini after a long family road trip, and it looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you to the entire Sharp Detail team for consistently delivering top-notch service! :)

He was flexible while trying to figure out where to park my car to work around the movers I also had at the house. He put so much effort into my detail, the car looked brand new! And it had never been detailed before and had lugged around 2 toddlers and a dog for the past 4 years so you know he had his work cut out for him! Professional, kind, and just overall made the whole process of moving and getting ready to ship my car a little less stressful with a job well done. Highly recommend requesting him! Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!

I don't mind not receiving the presoak, so I opted in for the $20 deal for the other two vehicles. We go at least once a week while out running errands. Sometimes the wash is packed, and sometimes we get right in. Either way, our car is always clean when we leave. And, while I appreciate the free vacuum upgrade, I do wish they'd have them checked more frequently for suction. There just doesn't seem to be enough power to do a really good job on the interior. But, I still use the air and the cleaner for the hard surfaces. Both function properly at all times for me. Personally, I'll keep using this place. It's a good value for the wash. I change my own oil, and detail my own interior, so I don't require those other services. The employees we've spoken to have all been very friendly, and quite willing to help with any known issues. 5 stars, for sure.

I ordered some bulbs back in March that had the canvas decoder built into them which is supposed to keep them from flickering. My friend Taz came over to install the bulbs I got off Amazon and everything seemed fine until I did a test ride at night and the bulbs started flickering. I contacted the company that manufactured the bulbs and they told me to buy extra decoders and once I receive them they will give me a refund which they did. Taz came back for round two to try to put the extra decoders in and the lights were still flickering and he had to put the old halogen bulbs in my car. I then asked him to see if he can talk with his supplier to find LED bulbs that work for 2012 Chrysler 200 touring and he did. Yesterday (Sunday) he came back for round to install the bulbs that he got which came with extra decoder specifically for my vehicle and the LED headlights finally work with my car. Taz is an awesome friend and very hard worker that I highly recommend as long as you let him but the parts for you be because he knows what he is doing!!!!
