Alarming noise from our brakes caused me to need an urgent check of the cause. The ease of…read morescheduling on the website and 7-day a week service made this my choice. As such, my first appointment of the day was not quick with many others waiting at the same time. I was prepared to stay on site and wait. My husband needed the truck to get in to wake 40 miles away the next day. The young man who checked me in described the results in a very polished and professional manner. Only thing was he claimed the rotors were "virgin" because a clip was not broken. I know we had some work done by my son. So that was a bit of showmanship. The availability of financing clinched the deal. Synchrony card with no interest if paid off in a year. Highway robbery if you do go longer at 30 some percent. But I really was not in the position to completely redo brakes and the front brake assemblies. So the flexibility of doing it in payments made it possible.

Both times Ewing was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. They were upfront about the fact that they cant warranty the work done with the Sensors because they didnt procure the parts, which is fine, I bought high quality parts from a reputable source when I thought I could do it on my own. They also had an issue with the OEM heater core and had to get a second replacement, but they communicated the issue promptly and since there was no rush, it did not impact me at all. My one complaint is that upon reviewing the work, I noticed some extra screws laying around, one body panel plug was loose and a lower dash panel was reinstalled incorrectly. None of these are deal breakers, you cant call any job done unless you have extra screws left over and the body plug is such a small issue its only worth bringing up to set expectations for when you work on an 12 year old car. I will not bring any of my vehicles anywhere else when I come across a problem I cant fix on my own, I trust Ewing completely, they have earned my business for life.

They advertise AC repair in cars.. I went in 3 different times because my car was under "warranty"…read moreafter the first time. I paid around $3,500 for the first repair of my AC on my 2015 Camaro for the ac (blend door and actuator that's what they said was wrong during diagnostic) it worked for about a week and stopped. I took it back and then it was another issue (actuator again and compressor) actuator was covered BUT I needed to pay an additional $500 for the compressor... then the problem would be solved and would be good to go... (now we are at $4,000 (the Chevy dealership quoted me at $500-$4,000 so no big deal) a month later, I hear a clicking sound coming from the under the glove box on the passenger side when you turn AC on so I take it back because once again... the ac is not working. This time the guy come out, looks at it in the parking lot, hears the sound it's making, bangs on the underneath of the glove box (the sound stops and the ac kinda works), he said "if it stops again bring it back.Your heater blower is going out." I was baffled... I asked "how much that would be" he said "part and labor, you're looking at around $250-300" mind you, the female receptionist was outside too when this happened... I said "ok" and left. This all happened last summer but I'm just now trading my car in. I have all the receipts and paperwork still.

I found this place on Yelp and noticed that one of my Yelp friends (Glen H) had rated this place very highly. With that in mind, I headed off in my daughter's car to get it taken care of. I drove up and was immediately met by one of the employees. She asked what she could help me with, found out it was an oil change, and directed me into the nearest bay. Another worker immediately went to work and had the job completed very quickly. While I was waiting, I found that they had a 10% off discount with an offer on the internet. I talked with the cashier about using it and she said they take it off the bill when you pay:-) After the oil change was completed, a technician came in to tell me what he had done. He also recommended that the rear brakes be replaced within a couple of months. He said they offered that service and would be happy to do it when we decided to get it done. Will I return? I will next month for my wife's car inspection and oil change.
