Plus, after a week Cardinal was supposed to take handle getting the water bill out of my name. Still not done. They blame Smeco but I had already asked them if Cardinal sent the appropriate documents. No, they did not follow through as promised. Ridiculous. People pay for this subpar service. Look elsewhere.
