In addition, when I was viewing multiple homes, Cindy took my request to view a home seriously and would try to schedule the home visit the next day when possible. You will want to have Cindy as your realtor.  Realtor Expert: Cindy is an expert when it comes to real estate contracts and because of her many years of experience in real estate, she has also become somewhat of an expert when it comes to the condition of a home. During home tours, Cindy is under the cabinets looking at pipes, she is in the basement inspecting the water heater and furnaces, she is checking all the nooks and crannies you probably forgot about because you are more focused on the initial appearance of the home. Many of the items that were pointed out by my inspector during my home inspection, where things I anticipated because Cindy pointed them out during the initial tour of the home. I was grateful to have someone with her experience, working on my side. Overall personality: Cindy is a gem. She has spunk, she is always smiling, full of energy, and a pleasant person to work with. She is serious about her work and she cares for her clients. She will work hard to get you the home that you want. Oh and before I forget, this is another reason I love Cindy so much. After my home inspection, we tried to negotiate a seller assistance for some of the repairs that had to be made on the home. The seller didn't want to budge and I gave in, I told Cindy I'll just take what the buyer was offering. Cindy didn't like this. I don't know what conversation she had with the buyers realtor, but at the end of the day, I received the seller subsidy I wanted and not what the buyer was trying to give me. Cindy went above and beyond for me. She didn't have to but she did because she wanted what was best for me.  So, if you are looking for a realtor, you should choose Cindy. The did not release funds for 5 or 6 days, and the reason…read more(I am sure it was a lie) that funds did not clear, and they never informed any one about it but released keys etc. to my property to the buyer. Some other closing attorney told me that these gyes normally earn some interest on your funds. They lied o me that funds will be release soon over and over and cited wire issues. When I told them I work for a bank and I know how wires work, they changed the story to funds not yet recieved form buyers. On my second closing i made sure the realtor is not using this scam of a business. Really disappointed and would suggest to anyone who is thinking of using this business to entrust their funds.

It took 4 times of her disrespecting me to the point I am beyond fed up. I kept staying quiet. I kept getting disrespected. The nicer I was the more she pushed me down to the bottom of her priority list and value. and my value was zero to her as a human. She was sending the wrong listings I didn't complain. I asked her to please send the other ones. Then she was sending rentals. Then listings in the wrong state. I pointed out to her. I've been beyond patient and got nothing but denial and her gaslighting me telling me she didn't send the wrong areas when I clearly am looking with my own eyes and they are there. The nicer I was the more shed I guess thought I was a pushover and could just keep cancelling past minute. On top Of this she wasn't scheduling any showings for me and cancelled meeting TWICE !!!! I texted her and she still was gaslighting me telling me the listings dod not include erroneous info. The listings that were there were unclear if they were preach built or new construction. I asked. She said she would let me know . She didn't. Then she cancels the appointment again so she can go help someone else I guess a juicier deal just arrived at her and she shoved me aside like dirt to take her other appointment after cancelling prior and me re arranging to meet her time. I have never ever dealt with this level of cold uncaring service from anyone. She literally has no regard for me as a human being and zero respect for my time.
