We spoke with a number of cash buyers, investors, and real estate agents, and we're very pleased with our decision to work with Quick Homebuyers. Financials -- they offered a competitive price, especially when you consider that there were no closing fees, and they provided movers to get our belongings to our new house (100 miles away). Convenience -- we needed time to sort through our belongings, and to tend to some medical appointments, and QH gave us that flexibility. In addition, we were able to leave behind some large items that we didn't want to take nor be bothered by their removal -- including a large old freezer and chest of drawers. Communication was excellent. We were in regular contact throughout the process, and the title company even sent a notary to our new rural location to finalize the settlement paperwork. Finally, it's worth noting that there were no unpleasant surprises. What was promised to us was delivered as promised. The check hit our bank account within a few days of closing.

Plus, after a week Cardinal was supposed to take handle getting the water bill out of my name. Still not done. They blame Smeco but I had already asked them if Cardinal sent the appropriate documents. No, they did not follow through as promised. Ridiculous. People pay for this subpar service. Look elsewhere.
