On a Sunday morning I discovered a broken spring on my garage door. I researched replacing it myself, but decided this is a job really better left to those who have the tools, expertise and experience. I sent a text to NC Garage Door Service and got a call within 15 minutes. They offered to come immediately, but we settled on a mutually convenient time. The tech arrived on time, quickly diagnosed my issue and had everything fixed, adjusted and the door well balanced in about 45 minutes. There was no upselling and he sprayed lubricant on the door rollers and fixed the "eye" safety function. The area was cleaned up better than when he came. It wasn't cheap, but considering the call was on a Sunday morning, I live in a rural area and a professional did the work, I could find no basis to complain. I'd definitely have them back. read more

I requested a quote online via Yelp last night to balance my double overhead door, and Bar, the owner, responded quickly and said he could send out a technician first thing in the morning for a free estimate. The time didn't work for me, so I gave him a 2-hour window that worked for me in the afternoon. He said he could have a technician here during that time and that he'd call me when he was on his way. The technician, Mike, called me 25 minutes before he was to arrive. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away and was able to meet a competitor's price. He adjusted the tension on my door that another competitor failed to do when replacing the spring two years ago. It took Mike about 10 minutes to fix things. Great customer service! I highly recommend NC Garage Door Service! read more

I recently used Quick Fix Garage Door Service for a garage door repair, and I couldn't be happier with the service! They were able to schedule my appointment within one day of my call, which was a huge relief. The technician arrived promptly and was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Not only did he quickly fix the main issue, but he also tuned up my garage door, making it near silent after years of being incredibly noisy. The attention to detail and quality of work really impressed me. On top of that, the cost was very reasonable--great value for the quality provided.
