Navigating supply uncertainties, the fence was ready to be installed as soon as approvals were received, went up in a few days, and looks great. But the reason for the one-star review was for his lack of responsibility for the damage he caused that he refused to acknowledge and take responsibility for. He required 50% down before he even started the work, and then he sent me two emails and a text within 24 hours after the completion of the job for the remaining balance before I was even able to respond. I paid the bill right away. But when I called him later about an issue that was clearly caused by his work, he was very quick to deny responsibility. He did not even want to come over to investigate the issue nor did he want me to send him the photos and video I offered to send. He was already paid in full, so he was not interested in any issues he may have caused. Because of his lack of integrity, I would not use him again nor would I recommend him to anyone.

We considered a wooden fence- but the cost with an invisible fence turned out to be ALOT less. We looked at competitors- and then saw other reviews about how the set-up and service is better- they were all right. The product and level of customer service we have experienced with Dog Watch has been absolutely incredible. Not only has our dog never gotten out following the install, but as I mentioned the cost was extremely reasonable given the size of our lot. However, I believe the service is what sets them apart--world class in this day and age. I can honestly say, it is one of the best decisions we've made. Over the years we have done several major renovations to our forever-home. We have always been very selective about who we've chosen to work with, and as a result, we've been fortunate to have had overwhelmingly good experiences. That's said, I do not know that we've ever worked with any company, big or small, that was as professional, responsive, caring and communicative as Brazawood. To be clear, this is a family-owned company that not only takes a great deal of pride in how they operate, and what they produce, but they treat you as part of their family, and they treat your project as if it were their own. Mat and his team not only helped us realize our vision, but they improved it. Since these photos were taken, Brazawood has stained our deck, and we have already started working with them on our next outdoor project. I don't know what it is that you're looking for, but I am sure that whatever it is, Brazawood can help you find it. Mat is a craftsman, an artist, and a perfectionist; and Brazwood, and his team, move accordingly.

Mark met with me within a couple of days to survey my property and gave me his expert opinions and recommendations. He offered so much more than I had envisioned and gave me several options to chose from. I chose the option to have my front and side yard fully covered with sod. I also had a driveway drainage issue when it rained, causing water to pool in my driveway up to several days. I was so impressed with Mark's patience in answering my questions and thoroughly explaining the steps on how the sod project would be completed, I had him include the estimate for a french drain to be installed as well. I accepted the offer and Mark provided timely communications and updates before the project began. On the day of the project, Mark and his crew were extremely organized and work very well together. The old grass was removed and the clay soil was prepped and leveled. The 100 ft french drain was installed during the yard preparation. The top soil was applied and leveled. The sod arrived on time and installation began on the morning of its arrival. Mark and his crew had all the sod laid quickly. The team was very friendly and respectful of my property. One of the crew members found an expensive drill and gave it to me so I could return it to the Spectrum technician who left it when he was moving the cable lines. I worked from home and I was not disturbed by the work going on outside from the crew. All the work was completed in two days. Now I have an HOA friendly yard!
