Excellent response time and the garage door works. I can't say that I would use the service or…read morerecommend them to anyone else, however. I don't like that if you commit to a same day repair, the rate is one thing. If you need to reschedule for another day, the rate is quite a bit higher. I was in the process of purchasing a home and needed a quote for the repair to provide to the seller for negotiating purposes. Of course, I wanted to take advantage of the lower cost repair but was not able to do the same day service because I did not own the property. As promised, 2-3 weeks later when my home closed, I contacted the technician to do the repair. I was charged almost $200 more than I would have paid. I asked the technician if he could extend to me the original quote, and he said that he could not. I was advised that use of the garage without repair could be dangerous; therefore, I did not have time to shop for other quotes.
