It took several calls to get the invoice and then another call to get the actually breakdown of the invoice and no one returned our call after we received it and had questions. According to sources this is really high labor for the job that was completed. We will not recommend this company anymore and definitely will not use their services.

I do not begrudge the company for wanting to make money, but after the fact I looked on Amazon and the chains were $50 each. Fast-forward to one month later and both garage have issues. One is jerking again, and the other will not open at all. I called them and told what was happening and told him I wasn't happy and wanted somebody to come out and look at the issue. The person who answered the phone looked up our account and then proceeded to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone with me . He gave us multiple brands and model options before going with the top of the line Liftmaster.
