I have used the Lewisville location numerous times, however today was my worst experience…read more I arrived at roughly 2:00 and did not get served until approximately 2:30. I understand they only had 2 service members and I was patient until I wasn't. The car in front of me was there a long time and the lane beside me had 2 1/2 people served in the time I waited. Jaleel never mentioned there were any system issues until he made me wait 10 more minutes, after partially completing the oil change and providing a horrible hand written sticker . I understand it is hot in Texas and the location was obviously understaffed, however to not have received any update as the car before me came by again and he went out to meet them for a beverage, not a problem as long as you are providing updates. I then voice my opinion of what was taking so long and he became fully belligerent. I do not believe my tire pressure was checked due to Jaleel was too busy telling at me about not being patient, after I had been very patient. Then he threatened me with not being serviced again at this location. No worries I will not be back and will warn all of my family and friends against this business. 10 minutes turned to nearly 45. I called the facility to see if they could fit me in to get a Texas State vehicle inspection…read more Fortunately, even though it was short notice, they said that they could fit me in. I pull up in my vehicle which happens to be a manual transmission and the attendant says "hop out. I'll take it from here.".I go inside and as I look out the window, I see that the guy looks like he's not moving anywhere even though he's in the driver seat. I go outside to find him burning the clutch and nearly grinding the gears. For a moment I just sit there (trying to be patient) and watch, and ask him if he knows what he's doing, and he stalls. I offered to jump in the car and move it wherever it needed to be moved. He says, "No I got it proceed to turn the car on it and begins back up, but then kills it again." If you're going to run a service that works on cars either you need to know how to drive those cars or allow the owner to actually move it or needs to be. I did offer to leave and take my car somewhere else when another tenant comes says, "Hey, I can move it. He jumps in, but he is burning the clutch like nobody's business". Frustrated is an understatement and how I felt. The car was a VW. Nothing exotic. I would not recommend this place if you have any type of vehicle that you care that you care about.
