My late review but I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Ryan and Josh for the outstanding customer service and the reasonable price they charge to duplicate keys. I've owned my Z for over 10 plus years but I've only ever had the 1 original key from the previous owner. So I finally decided to get 2 extra spares made. I requested a quote late at night and by early next morning I had Josh replying back to me with pricing and availability. Within 2 hours I had a technician named Ryan outside my house ready to help me. Wow that's amazing. You don't get fast efficient service anymore these days. Not only was Ryan very organized and professional but he was efficient too. Within a couple of minutes he had both new spare keys made and programmed to my car and started the car to show me both keys work just as good if not better than my original. I was so impressed and grateful for not charging me an arm and leg for it. The Nissan dealership had quoted $900 for 1 key and I pretty much paid not even a fraction of the cost with these guys. After a horrible experience with another mobile locksmith, I was reticent to use another. The $700.00 estimate from the dealer for a replacement key fob, however, sent me in search of one... and I'm very glad that I found Josh! I explained to him my previous poor experience and reticence to try again but he assured me that he could give me a key that worked exactly like my existing one and at a fair price. Not only that - he guaranteed it! (something the previous locksmith claimed they would do only to renig later when the provided key did not function as expected). This is not an inexpensive undertaking and it becomes all the more costly when the provided key doesn't function but, luckily for me, I did not experience that again. The key that Josh provided is literally indistinguishable from my dealer-provided key; it functions exactly like it and, honestly, I can't even tell them apart. Hats off to Josh and his fantastic business! He's affordable, fast and stands behind the product and services he provides.
