It was pretty bad that when I got home, my sister and niece said that I smelled. I had to change my clothes. I was charged almost $65.00 for a ride that should've only cost $10.00. It was a rip off. I called the cab company and the dispatcher that I spoke with sounded like he was half asleep. I told him about the experience I had and all he could do was make excuses ( and if the dispatcher happens to read this, in response to your comment.... yes; I know you heard what I said about your excuses; THAT WAS THE POINT!!! ) He proceeded to tell me that the driver didn't smoke. I am a non smoker and know what they smell like. He told me that someone had puked in the van and that they had shampooed it twice. It's apparent that they did nothing. If they would have, it would not smell like it does. The floor mats in the back were filthy. I asked the dispatcher to have his boss call me. He said that he would transfer the message and that the owner would call me if he felt like it. After all of this, he hung up on me. This is by far the worst cab that I have ever ridden in. It was beyond disgusting and so was his nasty attitude
