We were very pleased with this RV Park and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, to restaurants within walking distance, and to restroom & shower facilities nearby. I prefer not to use the toilet and shower aboard the RV if I can avoid it. Items in the market were overpriced and we expect that but we'd supplied our trailer well. The Park was well-maintained and park personnel were pleasant and helpful with directions. Other campers who parked nearby were pleasant and we cooperated well with each other. Late August weather was perfect! Pets are permitted and we have two dogs that travel well. We enjoyed our 3-day stay and we hope to return soon. We consider this one of the best RV experiences we've had.

The trees do not accommodate beyond 9', be prepared to climb on the roof of your rig to cut their trees to prevent your rig over 9' from being opened like a can opener. Restaurants in the area, prepare for food poisoning and complete lack of even wiping off a table. This town hates tourist. Absolutely no follow through on Rv park rules. If you are tent camping go for it. No internet. Pool is filthy. Fees to use the "putting green". My rig sustained 4k in damage due to their neglect of the site. Power surges to the point of no power. likely due to permitting EV autos from charging though the sign says prohibited. Employees and long stay are the exception. Random sites assigned. Personal and. maintenance could care less if you cannot drive through the park without a tree climbing breaking and falling on your rig. I will give them a positive with each concern they do reply with , " oh we did not know and will pass the information on." NEVER STAY HERE IF You PREFER No damage to your Rv due to park neglect!!!

More than I have ever seen in any one place. I assume that people feed them because they were not shy about coming right up to the camper and smelling us. There is a little market right at the front of this campsite that was fully stocked and had everything you could possibly imagine. It was $10 to buy a bundle of firewood and we enjoyed building a fire outside at our site. This place was definitely a little pricier than some other nearby areas, but in my opinion it was well worth it. The showers and bathrooms were clean and the views of the beach right from the site were spectacular. Give them a shot!

We booked many months in advance requesting to be close to other spots we rented in an effort to keep our group close and were told that had happened, in addition to being nowhere near one another both sites were tiny and dirty, lacking any shade or privacy. Site utilities functioned but water and sewer lines had to cross and both hookups were below grade, improvements to entire site are needed.My patient wife was in tears seeing her careful plans dashed. We survived thanks to the beauty of the surrounding area and people but feel grossly overcharged. Definitely returning to the area, certainly not staying here.

There are people who live here full time but they care for their RVs and surrounding space in such a way it's not distracting. Our spot has an extra large grass area (we paid extra to be on the end for this reason) our dogs love. We can have fires here in the evening. The laundry facilities are spotless and loads of room to take care of folding, etc. We'll definitely return!

I called a few weeks ago to inquire about possibly reserving a boat... we were coming in from Hawaii, doing a super short trip, with little kids and no one ever drove a boat . Andy was so amazing and offered to take us out ON THANKSGIVING DAY. It was an AMAZING experience, the kids absolutely loved every part and will surely remember this trip forever. They even cooked our catch and bagged it up with ice to take home. Thanks to Andy and Rusty for making our Thanksgiving so memorable. We are truly thankful for you both. . The Bathrooms may be a bit rough, a bit close to the toad too for noise, but otherwise this was a good spot.

It's fairly open, and not a ton of shade, so be sure to bring a canopy or something. The sites are mostly grass, which I loved as that's so much nicer to pitch your tent on than dirt. They have nice facilities too. The bathrooms were nice and they have hot showers available for $0.50 (quarters only). There are water spigots every few sites, so you don't have to go too far to find any H2O. What's great about this place is the location. It's right behind the Cape Kiwanda Inn and across the street from Pelican Brewery and the beach. Definitely a good campsite for a beach trip.
