They had run out of meat except for steak by 5 P.M. on a Friday, which I do not blame them for, they seemed busy beyond belief. I was quoted 20 mins yet waited 45, so try to call ahead. The tacos themselves were okay at best. I'm Mexican and have had a plethora of brirria, but restaurants with much lower ratings have cleared the flavor here. Admittedly they cost more, but I think it'd be worth it. The tacos themselves were rather bland, with the meat not having much flavor. There was also no cilantro or onion on the tacos. The consommé was decent, alongside the street corn. Standard street corn flavor and not much to say there. Overall, I think the truck is slightly overhyped flavor-wise, but support a local business and try it out.

The fries were crispy but not "seasoned" the eggroll shell wasn't as fresh as I expected. It tasted like it was a day old. The chicken was somewhat seasoned it lacked cheese for the cheese-pull. The strawberry lemonade though was 100000% not too sweet not too tangy. There's only one size and it's definitely shareable. This is one of those, I tried it and that's it kind of experience.
