    Chicken birria

Great food every time I order. Their $15 combo comes with four tacos, consome, and elote! The chicken is my preferred meat from them since it's flavored & cooked just right. The consome tastes like it has been simmering for hours and has that taste that your Mexican grandmother made it. The cheese and meat ratio is perfect and I have never had a horrible meal. I'm so excited for them to finally get their food truck going!

    World Tour. Absolutely delicious!

Delicious! Added guacamole but the corn was the best! The ladies running the truck were awesome. I'll definitely be back!

Amazing birria tacos! New in town and looking for a good taco spot, and they did not disappoint. I finally got a chance to try. This is a taco truck so their hours are a little tough to catch. I've been following them on Facebook to keep up. It was soo good, and so worth it. These are well sized tacos, I was full after two! You can definitely share a platter with someone.

Drove all the way from Melbourne. They were closed when I got there. 4:05pm. WTF?? Very disappointing. The food is awesome. I should have k own when no one answered the phone when I called twice this week.

Turf and turf. Beef and shiny, no onions for me.

I am a birria taco snob, most places do not impress me. Stopped for my first time today and I was amazed. The ladies were wonderful and the tacos were perfection! I got the surf and turf, at one on my way home. The shells were crisp and the tacos had the best flavor. I will be back!!!

Full Disclosure - this is a take-out review…read more.. Decided to give this place a try after surfing on a Friday afternoon and working up a good appetite. Placed my order on-line and it was, for the most part, easy. I took advantage of their Chimichanga Friday special and was glad I did. A massive chimi with rice, black beans, greens, guac, sour cream, and a side of queso to put it all together. The entire dish was delicious, no complaints. Though I did not eat at the locale, I did look around as I waited for my turn to find it very airy and inviting. Looks like a nice relaxing place for some really good Mexican food.

I came in the Melbourne location because i was told the food was better than the Viera location food taste bad at both locations but with the hopes we came here as with the hopes it would be better but 2 times and the food still not good. take your money somewhere else food not worth it

It was around 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. We found a taco truck that was sharing space with this Venezuelan food truck too. Facility: This is a typical food truck parked on the side of a business along side another truck that forms an L shape. There are a few tables to sit down under a shaded area so you can enjoy the food fresh right at the truck. Service: The man working was very friendly and helpful. Food: Since I really wanted him to try a lot, we go one of each flavor taco they had... and we both agreed, all of them were good. Here was our preference: 1. beef tongue - yep, this one was very good!!! 5/5 2. Pork - so yum!! 5/5 3. Beef - 4.5/5 4. Sausage - 4.5/5 5. Chicken - it was still very good, but the least fav of all these delicious tacos. 4/5 Since I have the kiddo, we got these onions on the side. We put the cilantro, lime and red hot sauce on each taco. they were really good!!! 4.5/5 Overall: I'm glad his first taco experience was with some yummy tacos... he even liked the beef tongue and he thought I was nuts when I mentioned it. We opted for a quick dinner at the bar. And quick it was, but so good. I had their chimichanga. Fantastic and huge. The meat was perfectly seasoned and so tender. The toppings were fresh. Great presentation with refried beans. Delish. My wife had the carnitas tacos. You get three for like $15. She reports them being delicious as well. Her's came with rice and beans which were excellent. The portions here are huge. The ingredients are excellent, so they aren't skimping. The food to value ratio is excellent. Great food, lots of it at reasonable prices is win! And the people are all so nice. They even have extra patience when some asks a million questions while butchering pronunciation. LOL. Good peeps. Facility: this is a small quaint spot with Mexican decor with red seats. There is booth and regular seating. The booths have high back which allows for nice privacy. Service: the waiters are always super helpful and nice here. The food comes out quick too. Food: I love the salsa here. It's so hard to find a place with a good salsa and I like theirs. We always order the queso dip too. It was a little too thin this time and they fixed it right away. I also always get the carnitas fajitas. I love carnitas and when they put it on the sizzling cast iron, it adds some crunchy "burnt" parts. Not really burnt, but well done and delicious. But there's still plenty of tender juicy parts of the carnitas too. Another downfall is they only give you rice or beans and not both like usual Mexican restaurants. Otherwise the food is top notch. Overall: this is the 3rd time I've come here. It's not too far from where I live and I like the food and service, so we will be back.

We started with the chips and salsa, which were fresh and crispy, followed by the queso and guacamole. The queso was good--pretty much your classic cheese dip--but the guacamole was fresh, creamy and absolutely delicious. Of course, we also had to try the margaritas, and now I understand why this place is known for them. Fantastic. Fruity, flavorful, beautifully presented and dangerously easy to drink. Then came my favorite thing of the entire meal: the birria ramen. The noodles had that perfect bouncy chew, the egg was cooked beautifully, and the broth somehow found the sweet spot between traditional ramen and rich Mexican birria. It didn't taste like someone simply dumped birria into a bowl of noodles and called it fusion--it actually worked. The chicken mole enchiladas were enjoyable, but didn't execute that traditional flavor coming across a bit bland and lackluster. I also assumed there would be cheese inside with the chicken, and there wasn't. That's on me! Next time I'm asking for cheese because I think that would've made a huge difference. And finally, the molcajete arrived. Loaded with grilled meats, seafood, vegetables and fresh cactus, it was extraordinary. So many different flavors and textures packed into one dish, and the cactus was especially good. Definitely one of the highlights of the meal. Service was good, everything was clean, though the restaurant has a somewhat bland yet modern atmosphere.

My family had various dishes, chicken quesadilla, a chicken mole, a burrito, a taco, and a veggie dish. All reported better than a typical place. They had some really interesting things on the menu, so can't wait to get back there. Service was great and there were a ton of people there. Food presented well and tasted fresh. Chips and chipotle dipping salsa were excellent too. Bathrooms and dining room were spotless and for a place that has chips, that is a difficult feat. Well done! This is a must try.
