The bowl was tasty but saddle the sweet potato were soft and mushy rather than crispy. With the soft tofu, plantain, tomato, and avocado it was a lost opportunity for texture to have them be crisp. My husband said of roasted potatoes was also soft and mushy so I think there is just a timing issues rushing the potatoes for the first guest of the day.
