It was a terrible install they took the gloss out of an area when trying to remove a seam chip. We came to BAGM with the intent of replacing the damaged counter. When the BAGM person came out to measure the counter he said we didn't need to replace the counter they could repair the area good as new (something Surface Creations said there was no way to repair, so get over it). Low and behold in less than one hour BAGM's Service Rep repaired the defect, good as new! We cannot say enough good things about BAGM. We wanted to use BAGM right from the start but they didn't do backsplashes, and contractors were hard to find so we went with a store that could do it all. Lucky for us the backsplash person did a great job. We highly recommend you consider Bay Area Granite and Marble for your stone countertops. They are good people and very well qualified.

She took a look at photos on my phone, and came up with a reasonable solution that would look great but would still be affordable. Then, she came out to our house in Madison (YES, re-bath will service Madison!). We ended up deciding on a shower instead of a tub, and picked out the details right then and there. Never once did she try to needlessly up-sell us on anything we didn't want. We chose the 'same as cash' 12 month financing - I was thrilled they had payment plans. We got everything set up with the credit company over the phone. After that, I got a call a month later or so to set up the remodel. The installation team was extremely nice, and was very thorough. On the first day of the remodel we discovered there was a gas line running through our bathroom (the house is built in 1910.) Another company would have halted production and had me call in a specialist, but they were able to re route everything and continue with the job. Our job was more complicated than average, but was still finished in two days. The result was flawless. The Delta industrial grade faucets we chose were beautiful and of very high quality. The craftsmanship is top notch, and after a month and a half everything is still working great. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Re-Bath, and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants fast, friendly, affordable and quality service.

I called corporate headquarters to ask if this is their policy and they said a Re-Bath dealer can choose where they go. HQ also said they would call Green Bay Office to explain my situation and would call me back. They never did. Luckily, I hired an excellent carpenter, who was able to fix the wall without disturbing the Re-Bath tub wall.
