Workmanship excellent, LVP is easy to take care of, and was surprised at the cost being way less than expected. Maria was easy and fun to work with. Installers were quick, no excessive talking, very little phone use, no breaks. It was awesome! read more

Thanks Kellie for completing my project to my satisfaction. I will be back for my future project bucket list. Thanks Again read more

Quest Interiors did our laminate flooring several years ago. Because one of us in the home has developed Parkinson's Disease, we needed the entries into the bathrooms to be smoothed down into small "ramp like" pieces in order that a mobile machine such as a Sit to Stand can easily move in and out of the areas. I contacted Desiree about the dilemma. She answered within a day with empathy, a possible solution and suggestions of time when John could come to check it out and complete the job. John was prompt, professional, on time, friendly, worked hard and completed the job within the suggested time frame. It looks good and works well. The promptness, the quality of the work and the solution are highly appreciated. read more

I've had flooring and countertops done by this company and was satisfied, so I went with my backsplash too. Probably one of the worst mistakes EVER. The subway tiles are fine but the worst job of installation I've seen. we had to call them back to use the clear calk between the cabinets and my countertop which they did, the installer also made a horrible mess under the cabinets in the corners. He broke two plates for our electrical outlets as well. we had a new stove put in and when they pulled out the old one OMG what an awful mess he made behind it I couldn't believe it. even the delivery person for my stove made comments about it. Never again!!!! read more

We would never hire this company again to install hard wood floors in our home. Why? Our base boards were reinstalled with major scratches and misalignments. Dings in the drywall. Poor workmanship under doorways and staircase. They should have patched the walls and either replaced the baseboards or re-stained them before they left. Disgusted to say the less. read more

Our project manager, Kelli, took very good care of us. We wanted a project done by our son's graduation and she made sure it was. Our installer, Jake, was so personable and our flooring looks fantastic. I highly recommend Quest...and the new showroom is beautiful! read more

Big shout out to Floor Quest in Fond du Lac. We have worked with them on two different house projects. Not one complaint! Their prices are very competitive, flooring and carpeting is great quality, and their follow up is amazing. Special thanks to Tim Twohig for taking all our questions and quick and friendly follow-up! This winter my husband (or someone, haha) burned a big hole in our carpet by the fireplace. Floor Quest was out in a few days and did a great repair job. Will definitely use them again for our flooring needs. read more

Bought my cabinets floors countertops and tile from these guys. Spent most of my time with Tim and Nicole. I was in there for three hours one day mulling over tiles and they were so helpful and patient, even though I didn't have an appt. Always addresses my questions as quickly as possible read more

Had new flooring put in thru out the whole house. Everything went amazing for the upstairs but when it came to downstairs had issue after issue. First the receptionist gave me the wrong install date and then when the time came for the right date got a call saying due to issues they would have to push off the install again. I had informed that I already had taken out all my floor and appliances and I didn't really want to wait, rep informed me tho I'd get a discount off the bill so I figured that was better than nothing. Once install finally started it didn't go bad at all till the last day when the installer was swearing and yelling at someone on the phone for 10 to 20 mins and he ended up wrecking my baseboard in the bathroom but was just happy once he left and all the hassle was over. The best part was I got the bill and was got charged the full price still, tried calling but the receptionist isn't the brightest and didn't get a response back thru email or text so I just paid the full just to not have to deal with them again. read more

After a horrible experience with another company (rhymes with Um-Bar Ick-quid-ators), I had to replace 600 square feet of hardwood. Even though I had to replace it at a total loss, I'm thrilled to have the floor we now have. Floor Quest went above and beyond to get me the product I should have had in the first place. I will go to Floor jest first next time! Thanks, Tim. read more
