Each visit, the staff is incredibly kind to everyone, including me! I've been here with a line of people out the door, packed waiting room (more common in mornings), but also in the afternoons when I have had no trouble walking right on back to a screening room for whatever test I needed. They do offer online scheduling for appointments on their website and they also allow you to wait in your car for a text when you're up next! If you have trouble with blood draws, they have a room where you can lay down on a bed, and they've even provided me small ice packs to put on my head/neck when I felt unwell. For longer tests, such as a three hour glucose screening, they've allowed me to wait in a room alone in a big comfy chair, rather than the public waiting room. 4 stars because it is very difficult to call this location to speak with someone.

I got upset and started crying. Both looked at each other like they were disgusted and said here is a pamphlet after you get dressed make a left when you walk out and the parking lot is there. Oh yeah they said their office does not do biopsies. I could not and still can't believe the experience that I had and would never recommend this place to anyone!
