This isn't about the staff at this site. It's about no one responding to me. I can't get into my portal and need to change my password and no one have gotten back to me. This has been going on for several months now. I called the number provided and it states that someone will get back to me, still waiting! I had no idea how many tests were needed during pregnancy. With this being one of the closer Labcorp locations, I have been here over a handful of times this year. Each visit, the staff is incredibly kind to everyone, including me! I've been here with a line of people out the door, packed waiting room (more common in mornings), but also in the afternoons when I have had no trouble walking right on back to a screening room for whatever test I needed. They do offer online scheduling for appointments on their website and they also allow you to wait in your car for a text when you're up next! If you have trouble with blood draws, they have a room where you can lay down on a bed, and they've even provided me small ice packs to put on my head/neck when I felt unwell. For longer tests, such as a three hour glucose screening, they've allowed me to wait in a room alone in a big comfy chair, rather than the public waiting room. 4 stars because it is very difficult to call this location to speak with someone. read more

This lab Corp is one of the best ones here in jersey. I always need lab work done & they aren't too far either. They get you in & out unless its busy. Mornings are always best. I think the most I had to wait was 15/20 min which I understand. Staff is great, place is clean, & they do take appointments if you make one. read more
