Arrived at 12:25pm, they were out to lunch until 12:30pm, no biggie. Signed in, name came up on the screen, sat down and waited. Appointment was at 1pm. No one was there, a man arrived shortly after me, said he didn't have an appointment he just needed to pick up something & sat down. Door opens, woman in a blue lab coat said to sign in, to which I said, I did, my name is up on the screen. She rudely replied, "no one is signed in, I said sign in". She made a face and mumbled something under her breath. I sign in again and stood there. She asked the man that did not have an appointment what he needed & proceeded to help him. She then comes back out and says "You can sit down" I said "no, I'll stand. I'm the only here" She kept mumbling stuff under her breath and making faces at me. She then demanded I sit "You need to sit down". At this point I'm feeling the hostility towards me from this stranger for no reason. 15-20 minutes go by, so I knocked on the door, she swung the door open very aggressively and proceeded to yell at me "YOU DO NOT KNOCK ON MY DOOR, I TOLD YOU TO SIT DOWN AND WAIT. I WILL GET TO YOU WHEN I GET TO YOUI!" I was taken aback. I couldn't believe that she thought it was okay to speak to someone this way. I asked her for her name multiple times, and she refused by yelling at me "YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW MY NAME". l left; I did not feel safe nor comfortable that this unhinged woman me is the one that's going to do my bloodwork. Like I'm really going to trust her with a needle and my vein after she talked to me and treated me the way she did? It is a shame that Labcorp would have someone so poorly mannered and utterly unprofessional in one of their offices representing their name. I will never go back there & would not recommend any family, friend, colleague, acquaintance or a stray cat to go to this specific Labcorp office. She was completely rude and disrespectful towards me without cause. This is not okay.

Second: These prescribing Doctors truly do not care about their patients. This is 100% a pill pushing FOR PROFIT business only. Regardless of your goals or age, they will put you on the highest possible dose of T in grape seed oil(toxic and cheap) and recommend some variation of Clomid for the foreseeable future(Unbelievably unethical). Your unhealthy estrogen will spike and INSTEAD of lowering your dose of T, they'll put you on a dose of Anastrazole much higher than anywhere near needed or healthy. I personally experienced PERMANENT NON-male pattern baldness hairline thinning in multiple areas from the combination of excessive prescribing, length of prescription for medications, and unnecessary high dosage of everything. I essentially paid thousands of hard earned dollars to thin my hairline. Do yourself a huge favor and goto an actual doctor practice where they care about your well-being.

So with that being said I can tell you that they're one of the best places around to get your blood drawn. For the past few years there has always been two people running the place at any given time. This means one is drawing blood while the other is doing drug tests, both are responsible for checking people in. While they do a great job Lab Corp really needs to get a third person in there to relieve some pressure from these lovely ladies. Checking in/appointments- While appointments aren't needed I highly recommend getting one this way you're in and out in a jiffy. Appointments can be made very easily by using the Lab Corp website and will produce a QRS code to expedite the check in process. No appointment? No problem, I've been there plenty of times without one and never had to wait crazy long. Checking in is easily done via kiosk by scanning the code you were given. Blood draw- I have very difficult veins and these ladies have never missed once (knock on wood), which is something that never happens. Thank you ladies for always making my experience pleasant and shout out to Cheryl who recently retired, at one point she had to see me almost everyday. If you need bloodwork drawn this is the spot to go!

Not really sure why…read more She seemed disturbed that I'd come without an appointment (she did the same thing with other people that didn't have an appointment). She barked at me that I'll be there for up to an hour waiting for my urinalysis. She also seemed pretty annoyed with me that I didn't know to give the pen to her after I checked in and not back in the cup. There was no sign, just her silently looking at me. People came and went, some with appointments, some without. The lobby was empty, except for me, for at least 10 min. Right around an hour later she looks at me, shuffles some papers to find mine (like she forgot about me) and says I can come back - she was the sample taker. At any point she could have taken me in for my urine sample. Instead she ignored me, spent time chatting with other patients, and looking on her phone for a TV show she couldn't think of the name to. When I went back, I asked her if she could have done this test at any time. She snappily said yes, but people with an appoint come first. To note, there were a hand full of people with appointments in that hour, and from what it looked like most saw the Dr/other person. Not her. She mostly sat there on her phone or talking. I should also mention she scratched the rim of the sterile collection container on the counter as she dumped out the other components of the test. As a nurse versed in sterile technique, that is a big nono. I won't be going back to that lab Corp and that lady might need a vacation. Hopefully she gets to feeling better.

The care I received Tuesday, June 4, at the Quest Diagnostics location at 10620 W Forrest Hill Blvd…read morewas beyond appalling. The woman assigned to my bloodwork entered the waiting room loudly yelling my name, followed by, "she's not here anymore," presumably referencing another patient. When I followed her to room #3, she asked for my paperwork. I provided what I had and mentioned that I had additional paperwork in my email. She curtly replied, "that doesn't do anything for me if it's in your email." I then had to request the email address--information I know they possess--to forward my paperwork. She pointed dismissively to a paper on the wall. Upon examining my other documents, she declared one test couldn't be done until July and threw the paper on the floor; she did pick it up afterward. Despite having another set of orders that she could have started on, she instructed me to wait in the waiting room until she received my email. She subsequently emerged twice, with an attitude, claiming she hadn't received my email and blamed it on my cell service, prompting me to step outside to resend it. On her third trip to the waiting room, she again claimed she hadn't received the email, despite it showing as sent in my outbox. When I inquired if there was a possible mix-up between an "O" and a "zero" in the email address, she dismissively responded that it didn't matter--something anyone familiar with email would know is crucial. I was about to ask for my paperwork back to leave when another, much kinder woman came out to inform me she had received the email. The original phlebotomist, realizing her inappropriate behavior, did not return to complete my bloodwork. While this unfolded, I witnessed her dismiss an elderly woman seeking support for her appointment entirely. Having bloodwork done is already stressful, and the blatant disregard for patients exhibited by this associate was, as stated, appalling. I will not be returning to this location and will request my doctor send future bloodwork to LabCorp instead. Quest should investigate this particular associate (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was in room three, black, with bangs, a nose ring, and long acrylic nails). While I understand that everyone has tough days and we should assume positive intent, her outward rudeness was inexcusable. In addition to posting this review, I will be forwarding this complaint to Quest's corporate customer relations.
