My toes and fingers are starting to freeze at this point. After waiting in a freezing, crowded room for 1/2 hour, my name disappears from the board (my appointment was at 10:00) and people with 10:20 appointments start being called. I complain again and after some investigation inside, I am told someone will come and get me. 50 minutes after my appointment time, I am finally called in. Besides drinking a ton of water to stay hydrated for the blood draw, my veins are now "frozen" from the waiting room and it takes the nice nurse multiple times in different places to finally get a vein, a very painful experience. Now I have multiple purple and painful bruises in my arms. Quest, get your act together. With the amount you charge patients, the minimum you can provide is heat on a freezing day.

And the icing on the cake is they're the rudest bunch of professionals (if you can even call them professional), just the kind of person you want jabbing you in the arm with a needle! And the male working there is so slow, any slower he'd be going in reverse! Stay away from this branch! Hopefully they'll close and the staff can go work at Walmart with all of the lit smiling employees!

The signing in process is easy, they have a tablet where you input your information and it accurately tracks the time you have to wait to be called. The waiting area had plenty of seats for you to wait but as a result of Covid now they have about 4-5 chairs which are socially distanced. The staff is quick and very nice as they are drawing your blood which is good because I don't really like needles.

Never had a problem there, have not seen a backup, and if the impersonal keypad is daunting, there is usually someone there to assist. Wish they would have a flipper so clients can turn off the TV. This is not a sports bar. Woman on staff was helpful and efficient. Parking is free and EZ. And hours are not as tight as some other Quest labs. But you would think that after they punctured me and put a hole in my arm, and took my blood in vials, I would at least get a candy bar.

For one, Labcorp is not that ubiquitous, so having a…read morelocation available in Fairfield is WAY more convenient than having to shlep a half hour or more to the other locations. Two, SO what, the worker got your wife's name wrong!! JEEZ! That comment reflects more on you and your attitude than on the worker. Three; between the two of us, my spouse and I have been to this location a total of 5 times and neither of us had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to be taken care of. Finally, are you kidding me? You actually felt the need to mention "Law Suits?" WOW!! Just WOW!! I actually feel sorry for that person because they come off as consumed with the little things in life.
