Let me cut right to it. My family and I have been going to Dr. Kim (Milford walk in) for over 20…read moreyears. Overall she is a very nice person and doctor. However the office and the employees are another story. Most are interns that come and go. Let me say that the relationship you think you have with your physician can quickly be ruined especially when you have an issue or question. This happened to me today. I simply called and spoke to Wendy about a couple of office visits. Some of these visits were less then 3min. I perfectly understand insurance but requested to speak with Dr. Kim on a issue. When that happens it turns into money not the relationship. Wendy quickly got back on the phone and stated she spoke to Dr. Kim and she said unfortunately she cannot do anything. All I wanted was a quick chat. In conclusion look for at least a more up to date, private, professional office. I never really felt any of these factors until I was treated like a number today and not a 20+ year patient. I will never return to this office.

This doctor is a fraud. I was looking for a primary care doctor in the area and decided to go see…read more"Dr" Ciggaglione for a physical. I was greatly disappointed and realized quickly visiting him was a great waste of time. My "physical" lasted roughly 3 minutes, where after asking me my height & weight he just wrote down for me to go get a blood test and come back a week later. He appears to just look to get patients in and out as fast as he can so he is able to bill your insurance company. Which was evident in him seeing 5 different patients in the first 15 minutes I was in his office. If you are looking for someone to just write you a prescription without actually being checked out by a doctor, he's your man. If you are looking to be actually seen by a doctor go else where. I wish I checked his yelp reviews before going to seeing him, its evident the type of service he provides.

I visited both the Westport and Milford locations, and at each office, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Throughout my pregnancy, I saw Dr. Khan, Dr. Proulx, and Dr. Murray. They are exceptional physicians -- you truly couldn't ask for better professionals. They made me feel fully supported every step of the way. The delivery of my daughter was a wonderful experience, and what meant even more was that they came to visit me afterward to check on both me and my baby. That level of care meant so much to me. A year later, I returned for my annual exam and saw Dr. Proulx again. I was so impressed by how well she understood what I was going through and how thoroughly she answered all of my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend SCWHCA!

She got so rude on the phone and saying she doesn't have time for that and that they are short staffed. I said please do be snippy with me, and as I was speaking to make an appointment she hung up. So I called back, I don't know who picked up (most likely the same person) I said why did I get hang up on, and she hung up again for the third time. Someone called me from the office and without asking me what happened stating that I am being rude to the staff. I laughed because at this point it was funny. I explained myself again, and made an appointment that I cancelled right away .this was just for a physical appointment , what if I was sick and they act like that again and again ....I was going to ask to be a concierge patient, but they don't need my money I guess.
