I am confused because I have come here twice a year for a a few years and usually was seen in a reasonable time. Yesterday I was ten minutes early for my afternoon appointment. I checked in successfully on the kiosk and then kept on eye on the leaderboard for the names being called. (Former teacher here - I know how to follow rules). A person was called back before me and I knew I was next so when he came out I waited to be called. Several minutes passed and a person was called back who had come 20mins after me. My name was suddenly gone from the board. I walked back right after her and told the first person I saw who took me in and attempted to do her job. She said nothing about why my name was missing. This is the first time I've been left with a huge bruise from a quest phlebotomist- she did the worst job. She had to DIG for my vein and I could feel the needle moving around inside of my arm. I had to ice it when I got home. This is what I get for doing everything right - scheduling the appointment and then being early for it and checking in correctly = 1 hour wait and good luck getting quality care! read more

First experience was that as a walk in on a Saturday and I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth of a process it was to enter without an appointment and be in and out with someone who took blood from my daughter with no issue! I took note and said if I need blood drawn I'm coming back for her lol. I needed lab work....this time I make an appointment before work. I arrive on time, I registered prior online and I'm called in at my appointment time, this is great. I'm not called by the woman I creepily came back for, but I see her when I walk by. Ok...let me chill. I try to give dude the benefit of the doubt, he can do it I say to myself. Wrong!!!! He sticks me and he's like "did you drink water?...it's coming out slow....ugh this vein" Sir please enough....I came here for the black woman next door please see if she can do this....sure and he happily ends and caps the little bit he collected. I go wait in another room. I believe her name is Tamika, she comes in, she first properly cleans the bloody mess ole dude left on my left arm and then she goes to the right, I'm in and out in less than 5 mins. Filled 6'tubes, good day! Moral: if you come for someone/something, stick with that....don't give other options the benefit of the doubt. Your time is valuable and your experiences in life matter! I wish all laboratory offices were as speedy and efficient as this one. I got there around 3:20 and was out by 3:38 or so. My blood work was done. It's a little hard to find though because it's nestled into the back of a building that you can only see a CVS from. You need to drive an additional 500 feet and make a left into a small lot before Dumont Avenue. read more

Awful. Went to drop of a sample requested by doctor. Made us wait an hour after being extremely rude. They weren't busy, and there's no option for scheduling an appointment for a drop off. They really should work on their people skills, zero professionalism, these women act like they're doing you a favor. read more

I arrived at 6:40 AM to get blood work done as recommended by my doctor. I did not have an appointment so I can in as early as I could so I could be seen. There were two people ahead of me who were already there. The facility itself is neat and clean. You walk in and sign in using a kiosk. The problem is that you do not see a single person until they call you back. I waited until 7:30 before I was called in. I was the third person and waited almost an hour to be seen! When I finally got in the room, the nurse I spoke with was very nice. HOWEVER, I was informed that I needed a physical script from a doctor to be seen. I asked if my doctor could email it over to them and they said no. I had to wait for over an hour to be told I could not be seen. This is the major problem here. You do not interact with anyone until they call for you. Needless to say that I will not be coming back. The long wait itself is enough to not come back. read more

Went today to get some tests done and it was unexpectedly fast. The young lady who helped me, Edina, was very efficient, polite, and clearly knew what she was doing. The service was exceptional, I wish every lab was like this one. I definitely recommend going to the lab next to CVS on Hylan Blvd! read more

Came here with my 1.5 year old. We were called in, but we were not greeted. We were standing awkwardly while the employee checked her amazon orders before asking for our script and insurance. We were unsure as to how the appointment would go with our son being so young. My son wasn't acknowledged at all. She didn't try to talk to him or even smile in his direction. Nothing was done to make this situation less stressful. She didn't explain anything to me in regards to how to hold him still. She seemed to become frustrated with me several times for not holding his arm correctly when she never explained how to hold it in the first place. I'd assume most toddlers have a hard time keeping still during a blood draw. My husband was trying to keep my son distracted but she was clearly annoyed by his presence and kept asking him to step away. At the very end of the appointment my husband was excited to give my son a treat for doing so well and she told us to leave the room before we could even gather our things. She was very, very cold. I gave 2 stars because my son handled it well despite the lack of professionalism. read more

The most Horrible quest on the island!!! Don't waste your time going here. I had an appointment opted to wait in car due to covid. I was taken a half hour later with a timed test that was supposed to be done right away!! I was called in to lab to be taken. The woman at the door was so rude. She told me to wait outside the main door because there were no seats. I explained i had a timed test and was called in through text. She said unless I call your name you can't be in here. Two min later the phlebotomist came out and called me and as i walked in in front of everyone the woman goes you see i told you i told you. She kept harassing me as i got in the chair. I will be reporting Joyce I've never been so humiliated in my life. Totally unprofessional. read more

I'm not big on writing reviews but when someone goes above and beyond their duties, I must. I arrived at Quest about 3:50 pm. I see they were closing at 4pm. I wanted to make an appointment. The nurse asked me if if I had my prescription for bloodwork on me. I said yes. She said if you'd like to do it now just sign in. That was my first WOW. After about 1 minute she called me in back. She asked for my paperwork and insurance. My prescription was on an email. She needed it printed out. I thought I would be turned away but NOPE. She helped me with this also. Second WOW. Next she did my blood work efficiently and effortlessly. Then as she's sending stuff to my doctor in an email she lets me know he didn't have a quest account so she sent it manually. . Now it's a lil after 4. I realized she could have very well turned me away so close to closing time. This young was extremely pleasant to me. I had the worst day earlier but she made it so much better by going above and beyond. Her name is Adina and I would like to publicly THANK HER for being so nice. read more
