Honestly the only time I've seen things go bad is because they don't follow the steps to check in (which are the same as every single Labcorp location in the USA). Check in on the iPad, upload any info/documents they need, sit down, they'll call you for more info if needed, sit down again, wait till tell call you to go back and take your bloodwork. That's literally it. The problem is when people think they take priority over everyone else that also made an appt or is also waiting for their turn when is actually such a simple process. Just follow the signs and listen to direction!

I am confused because I have come here twice a year for a a few years and usually was seen in a…read morereasonable time. Yesterday I was ten minutes early for my afternoon appointment. I checked in successfully on the kiosk and then kept on eye on the leaderboard for the names being called. (Former teacher here - I know how to follow rules). A person was called back before me and I knew I was next so when he came out I waited to be called. Several minutes passed and a person was called back who had come 20mins after me. My name was suddenly gone from the board. I walked back right after her and told the first person I saw who took me in and attempted to do her job. She said nothing about why my name was missing. This is the first time I've been left with a huge bruise from a quest phlebotomist- she did the worst job. She had to DIG for my vein and I could feel the needle moving around inside of my arm. I had to ice it when I got home. This is what I get for doing everything right - scheduling the appointment and then being early for it and checking in correctly = 1 hour wait and good luck getting quality care!

It's truly good to know that there are caring people still in this unkind world. I personally witnessed genuine kindness in helping a senior citizen couple who clearly needed some extra help getting in and filling out information, the manager is genuinely caring and compassionate to all who entered during my visit and it shows thru her staff also. I was seen a timely manner, PA was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Place is immaculate. I have been there a couple of times, always a quick, thorough, excellent experience. I highly recommend this Urgent Care when in need.

She basically turned me down and told me that they are done for the night meanwhile they close at midnight. The line is super long and the nurses are very very slow just an FYI. I didn't come earlier because I stopped by here a few times throughout the day and the line was around the building.
