DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS LAB. Rather than send any notices, they they will sue you. I have never been sued for a medical bill. especially before it was due. The bill was due on the 22nd of the month, but on the 13th of the month, they filed a civil action. When I got the one and only bill I had ever received, I had called them to tell them I was having the insurance company re-issue a check for their payment, since it was still outstanding and never cashed (did not get to me)--and before the bill was even due, they filed a civil action. When I called and asked them to drop the action AND sent them a note from the insurance company stating that the checks were being re-issued, they said they would. However, I got an email saying they would not drop the suit..
Roland Tubman is the owner who told me verbally he would drop the suite on the phone, but then wrote that he would not until the check came. When I told him it would be 3-4 weeks, which could go past the suit date he still did not drop it.
