Thank goodness bc I completely forgot the appt! Parking: The lot was pretty full but I had no trouble finding a spot. I saw a few more near me as well. Check in: After parking, I clicked on the link in my text message and checked in from my car about 1 min early for my 11:00 appt. I walked in to see my name up on the screen already, so I knew it worked. A couple of minutes later they called my name. Service/Care: The phlebotomist was very sweet and cheerful. We chatted and after a quick poke she had 3 vials of blood. Above and beyond: I misspelled my name when setting the appointment and I was sure that it would cause confusion, but she figured it out no problem. She was patient while I got my insurance ID up on my phone to verify. I felt compelled to leave a review since the whole experience was the complete opposite of what some others reported. Have an appointment. Be on time. Remember that sometimes things happen - maybe a bathroom breaks, a phlebotomist calls in sick, a young patient takes 30 min longer than expected bc they are scared... Who knows what could happen? Luckily none of that happened while I was there and I recommend this location. read more

Terrible. The guy taking my blood was completely clueless and seemed like he was stoned. He took super long at his first attempt, which hurt a lot. He tapped into a small vein and couldn't even get 1 tube of blood. He then said I needed a special "butterfly" needle. Another older nurse came and said that was not necessary and just took my blood from the other arm. It was done quickly. A few weeks later, I just got an email that they lost my blood samples. I also have a giant dark bruise that stayed for 2+ weeks. This has never happened to me before. Incompetent staff. Avoid this place. read more

Finding parking was impossible at this location. I was very fortunate to have found street parking. Entering in the room, the ceilings were stained and everything seemed s a bit worn out. I was scheduled for a 10:30 AM appointment and checked in with their kiosk. By surprise, I waited 80 minutes later than what was scheduled. I wanted to use the bathroom and did not get any assistance I need. I had to go to a nearby office and use theirs instead. The phlebotomist who worked with me was Edith. She was very kind, thoughtful, and caring. She constantly reassured me to make sure everything is okay. I wish this place was more timely and hired more staff to help. I just had words with a guy that came out and called yet ANOTHER person after my appointment. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they'd give me a phone number to call. They just called TWO MORE PEOPLE AFTER ME. The tech said he'd try to squeeze me in. SQUEEZE ME IN??? They're taking everyone AFTER MY APPOINTMENT. This is completely ridiculous. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible management. They try to turn you away for anything. 10 min late, missing your name call 1x, not following their own mobile check in guidelines, if you don't have your order ready to go. Skip this location if you don't want your blood pressure rocketing through the roof. Made an appointment, I was 12 min late. They said they cannot accommodate anyone over 10 min late. Fine, that was my fault. Had to reschedule for the following week. The following week, made an appointment. Checked in on mobile at the exact time of my appointment. Walked into the center 6 minutes later, sat down, 1 min later got a text saying I can sit in the center and wait for my appointment, no need to check in again. 30 min and a bunch of other people getting called in later, Marilyn the Supervisor called me in. She let me know that they called my name 2 times and I was not there. She gave me timestamps of what time they called my name, and what time I checked in. She was completely gaslighting me because those times were all incorrect, in fact I was SITTING inside at the "time they called me", and the check in time they provided was false, as I was still driving at the time. She let me know they cannot see me and they will put me in as a walk in to wait further. When I let her know those are FALSE times, she went back to "double check her system". After she came back, she had no words for me except for that I need to wait for a walk in appointment. Another 30 minutes go by, I'm waiting my turn. I double checked with the admin about my situation, she asked me "Did you add your name back on the walk in list". NO.. because Marylin did NOT let me know I needed to do that. Again, waited even longer. I would like to note, they have a TV screen in their waiting room. On the TV screen, they say "If you did mobile check-in, you can opt to wait outside. You will get a text message when it's your turn." When I got this text, I was already sitting in the waiting room. Michael was my phlebotomist. He was calm and got the draw done in one try. This quest is probably the worst lab I have ever seen. The supervisor Marylin is just a power tripping egomaniac. I checked in on my mobile app on time for my appointment, got a text message to check in and then they refused to see me, even though their own lobby tv says: "If you did mobile check-in, you can opt to wait outside. you will get a text message on when it's your turn." Then I waited and they didn't even call me for over an hour and a half! Total Incompetence. Do yourself a favor and go to another place besides quest. 0 stars if I could rate it that. read more

It's hard to rate a laboratory because everyone is there to get a blood draw. This lab is very busy in the mornings. If you need a fasting blood test be sure to schedule an appointment or you can be waiting a while to get in. The facility is clean. The waiting room is small. These days, for some of us, its not really comfortable to sit in their small waiting room without a mask. Especially in the mornings when the room is crowded. The staff is polite. I didn't have an appointment last time I walked in for a fasting blood test and the wait was pretty long so I ended up leaving and going to a different lab the next morning. This lab was booked out for a week and I had to consider how long I was willing to wait in their office without food if I decided to come back without an appointment. I decided to go somewhere else and schedule ahead next time at this location. Outside of that, I've walked in here when there was only a 10 min wait in the afternoon and it was great. The staff is kind and caring. Efficient and quick. No complaints. Suggestions: make an appointment online. Its just way easier across the board. read more

Took my mom for a blood draw the other day and the quest staff were very fast and efficient. Sarah the phlebotomist who took care of my mom was extremely nice and patient with us. If you have to do a blood draw I would recommend this place and for you to ask for Sarah. read more

I had a positive experience here at Quest, despite all the bad reviews (which made me nervous going into the appointment). Booking appt was simple and thankful for the reminder emails leading up to appt. They have two check in kiosks to the left and seating on the right. I was brought in right on time for my listed appt time. They do mention to arrive ten minutes early of your listed time, keep in mind. Liza was lovely and helped me out. I had to do a urine test for school. Do make sure you bring ID and registration code ready. Unfortunately I didn't drink enough water prior and had to do this twice on this visit. My first try was noted as "shy bladder" smh lol. Liza fetched me a cup so I could drink water from their water fountains (the one day I forget my water bottle!) Drank like 8 or so cups and waited in the lobby until I was ready. I wanted to be sure so I didn't have to prolong this visit even more lol Was out in an hour. Definitely could have been a shorter visit if I prepared properly. Got my results the next day! read more

Was nervous about appointment after reading reviews here, but I had a good & easy experience. I had an appointment and was able to check-in via the text message they sent to me as I was walking in from parking lot. Entered full waiting room, sat down and was called immediately. The office is pretty clean but definitely not fancy. Staff was nice, getting jabbed was pain free and did not leave bruise. Location is convenient so will go back if necessary. read more

I was required to take a drug test for employment and this was listed as the closet site to me. I didn't have an appointment and they state clearly that they take walk-ins. I waited 1.5 hours on standby only to be turned away a half hour before they closed. I was 5th in line and they continued to call standbys. Then there was just myself and one other left. They called her and then another person came in for a walk-in. They called that person before me. I was the last person left at 11:30am and the man came out and asked if there were any standbys left for drug tests and I said that I was the last one. He turned me away and told me to go to DNA & Drug screening services which is on Meridian (1.8 miles away). I left and went over to that place and literally was taken in and finished within 5 minutes. Quest Diagnostics should just tell people to go to that place instead of doing a standby. People who scheduled appointments in advanced walked in and got the work done. After waiting for one hour and 35 minutes I went online and I made an appointment , while I was making my appointment I was called in. My total wasted waiting time was 1 hour and 39 min. I could give them 2 stars if the doctor at my clinic didn't electronically send the request to these folks. Major props to mine for that. If your doctor doesn't electronically send the request God bless your soul because you be having a hard time with the paper. I went today and there was this lady on a wheelchair who had this problem. Ouch, that hurts. No pun intended. There is a lot of trouble with this location and it's the nearest one to my clinic. I didn't have time to make it to the location near my flat because I'm like 15 minutes away. The result was I settled for this location and oh it was a terrible choice. Additionally if your procedure requires fasting or you are opting to do so then this location is for you. I didn't eat breakfast until 11am. If you come to this location then you need to have very high stamina and patience. Please note both words don't mean the same thing. You can battle me if you disagree. haha very funny. Sike. It's really not funny because I have to wait for nearly 2 hours for my turn and unfortunately their tech check-in is terrible which means I have to do a walk in. That machine refused to take my insurance card. This location is like a country train station where there are a few seats, minimal standing room and you have to wait a very long time if you don't have the right paper. However there is still good news. The lady who helped me was very happy and very sociable. She seemed to like her job. I hope you don't have to come here again or you will suffer like I did. Additional note: I too had an issue with the blood being drawn as said in someone else's review but the lady who helped me still did a really good job in helping me calm. Beware the Mask Police. Despite mountains of evidence that masks don't work, the lady working when I arrived on a Friday morning was going around forcing everyone to mask up. While the state regulations are what they are, it's up to the individual facility to actually enforce them or not. If masks are so important, she didn't seem to care that her own coworker wasn't wearing one over her mouth. How about you police your own staff before lipping off to me about not wearing one. Never coming here again, just go to the LabCorp down the street. With that said, the phlebotomists are very good and neither of mine cared if I wore a mask or not. Also when it gets busy on weekends, there's a nice lady running the waiting room and helping the technically challenged and disorganized patients log into the kiosk. This place is noted to be a busy location, I came to check in at 2:30pm and twice on their tablet. I indicated I was waiting outiside for safety, I see everyone being called upon by this one guy, mind you they do not have a front desk to help with their checking in just a tablet. At 3:40 pm I see my message to check in. I come check in with the person at 3:50 and says I'm sorry we're closing in 8 minutes. It's only 3:50pm and the fact that he didn't check that there was someone waiting outside was outrageous, he's seen my countless times waiting outside, I am not just loitering around in your front door just because. That person should've had the decency to ask what I was waiting there for, then he tells me to try again tomorrow. This office doesn't not have any openings online, they say it is encouraged to book your appointment but they have nothing available, so you are basically telling me to try my luck and waste my time again and be possibly turned away again, sir are you clowning me. This is not how you operate any type of business. I regret to say I will not be referring any of my offices patient needs from this place and I will not recommend this to the doctors I work for and I will be placing this complaint on your website. Not gonna lie, the negative reviews here did scare me a bit but I needed to get lab work done for doctor and school, and this was the closest location. All the other locations seemed to have around the same negative reviews so I was super nervous. I made an appointment online and checked into my appointment prior via my phone. There is a parking lot shared with other businesses and ample parking. Once inside, there's very limited seating and a lot of people standing around to wait. I was called right in on time, and was in and out within 15 min. My phlebotomist was friendly and gentle. 2 STAR IF NOT FOR MARYLYNN After visiting this location 3 times in 2 weeks I was ready to rip my hair out trying to give this place my urine test for pre employment, kept turning me away without giving much time trying to help me figure out this code they need. a certain code before I can give a sample. (Given samples here before in past for other P.E Screening and never had to give code). On the 3rd attempt an amazingly "patient" nurse named Marylynn actually took the time to help and figure it out with me and now I can take my test and finally start my employment. Thank you Marylynn so much for actually taking the time to help me get my employment started. I hope someone can give her a raise because all of the other nurses (Spanish Male& female nurses ; and asain male nurse :((( ) are very haste to just tell you to go figure it out on your own. Terrible. I went in to get a urine sample and made an appointment for 10:30am on Monday since they are unable to do urine samples on the weekend. I sign into the key oak at 10am. At 10:20am am employee asks what I am here for and I answer a urine sample. At least 2 people who came in after for urine samples with 1 having an appointment at 11:15 were seen before me. It was 10:55 am when I had to say excuse me but I've been here for an hour with an appointment at 10:30am. They seemed to have crossed my name off the list but finally served me at 11am. I wanted to do a blood test, the guy who wanted to do it, he forgot that i need 5 tubes and the manager saw it and told him that it has to be 5 tubes not 4. and other day I needed a stool sample, she forgot to give me one of the stool bottles, when I took my stool sample there the next day, the manager told me she forgot to give you all the bottles you needed for the test so she gave me the bottle and I had to get my stool from one of the bottles and put it in the new one in their restroom. that is so unprofessional. these are important tests and they should be professional and trained very well to not make mistakes. I can't believe it they are so careless and unprofessional about these tests. read more

Even for the insanely low bar I have for lab services, this was an absolutely terrible experience.I needed to drop off a specimen and it ended up taking almost 45 minutes. I only went to this one because I was going to be in the area and was thinking it would be convenient. To give a tl;dr the person at the desk was arguing with a nurse dropping off samples and saying he couldn't find her paperwork. She had to help him find it and was super nice to him the whole time but he was incredibly surly to her. Then when it came time for her to give him the samples he argued with her on protocol. In the middle of this I hear him ask if her patient was someone with my name. She says no and I realize a few minutes later my name was removed from the queue. After 25 minutes of waiting I walk up and say I really need to drop these off as I think they need to be refrigerated and they were getting warm. I tell him my name is missing from the sign now and he informs me I need to sign in again and rudely tells me to go sit down. I do this and wait another 10 minutes. I'm about to give up and go home before I get called up. That part went mostly ok but he spoke to people like he wanted to find something wrong with what you did. For instance "Where is the bag we gave this to you in?" I don't know, no one asked me to bring the empty plain baggie with nothing on it back. I put it into another baggie I had.
