The staff is great. The parking however is a fucking nightmare. You can drive around for 15 mins and not find anything.

I made an appointment for labs and even though their computers were down my experience was fantastic! I was asked to sign in the old fashioned way- pen and paper. And I was called back within three minutes of jotting my name down. My phlebotomist was incredibly talented! I believe her name was Veronica. I have rolling veins and she got me on the first stick- way to go!! The quality of care as well as the customer care service I received was top notch. I made an appointment and wasn't seen until 1+ hour later. My physician faxed my blood work order 24 hours prior yet staff stated they had not received it so I had to have physician fax again. Staff did not call me back until 25+ minutes after receiving the fax despite me already waiting for over 30 min. Waiting room was filled with patients waiting, many of them fasting and hungry and waiting 20+ minutes past their appointment times. When I arrived there was only 3-4 people waiting including myself. For a period of 20-25 minutes, despite patients leaving the back office, not one patient was called back to be seen nor did any of the staff visit the lobby to assist patients that needed help with kiosks or otherwise. Meanwhile, the staff can be seen in the back laughing and talking amongst each other, clearly not focused on patients that needed to be seen. Several people left due to not being assisted. Very unprofessional! I will try not visit this Quest location again. This office isn't run efficiently at all. read more

Great experience for an uncomfortable experience! I had to go here to give my yearly physical blood draw and as much as I DREAD it ..its got to be done! I went somewhere else and I will never do that again! I will stick to the place that I always go because its always a good experience...plus I leave there with a smile on my face...its located in the same place as the hospital so it is convenient and you don't have to worry about parking... As long as you make an appointment you will be in and out for the most part. The lady that did my stick was SOOOO kind and sweet with a sprinkle of talkative! it doesn't matter because I appreciated her character and kindness, she was very sweet and I would go back there! only if necessary lol I am not a needle person but all in all I like this place! read more

I came to drop off specimen for another person. There was no staff at the desk. I checked in @ the kiosk. Didn't have an appointment so I was considered a walk in even though I was just dropping off a specimen. The one tech that I spoke with was very rude. I can understand the value of making an appointment for lab draws but they need a more efficient system for dropping off specimens. I will never use Quest for my lab needs. No wonder they have a 2.5 star rating. I have been waiting in excess of one hour and I am not the patient!!! read more

Check in via computer. Super easy. Wait time was 10-15 minutes. A few people in front of me, but not crazy. I got there around 8:45. The lab technician, Jennifer, was super fast. She processed my insurance and payment, then drew my blood. I asked if they take 2 year olds, and they do. Place was clean. No complaints. The only thing is I wish the girl at the front desk would acknowledge clients as they come in. A nice morning greeting goes a long way. It was First time there, and very obvious that i did not know you had to sign in on the computer, so I stayed standing at the glass window for a bit, her in front of me doing whatever she was doing, and not thinking to greet me and ask I I needed help as I was at the window. That's why I removed one star. I'm sorry, but I believe you'd want returning clients. It's good for business. read more

Needed blood work done. I had not know that I need to print the paper order. I thought I could just ask some if they can print it or I can email it to them. Samantha I believe that was her name. She instantly got irritated with me asking why I didn't have the order printed out already. I apologized because I understand I should have been better prepared and had it printed it out. I had an awful experience at this Quest Diagnostic. The white male working at the front desk was wearing a red MAGA hat and treated me, a black man, very disrespectfully. First off, when I walked in, he looked right at me and simply got up and left, forcing me to wait their for him to return so I could sign in. When he came back, he looked at me like I was stupid and asked "what?" In a very rude tone. I told him I had man an appointment last week to which he replied "you should have signed in already". When he finally checked to see my appointment, he couldn't find it. I know for sure that I had an appointment. "Sorry, bud. I don't see it". I can't believe that people like this are allowed to work in customer service. I definitely will not be going here for bloodwork again and I don't recommend that any person of color does either. read more

Veronica was the one that drew my blood. She was friendly she looked me in the eye, she actually introduced herself! The office is very neat, I told them I was there at the office via the text message they sent me. When I walked in I wasn't even there a minute before they called me to the back. It took maybe Seven minutes for the entire procedure and I was out. I like it when they treat me like I'm a person and not just something they need to get blood from! read more

So rude. The only reason I'm even giving two stars is because I had an appointment and was taken in quickly. But the lady drawing the blood was so incredibly rude. She barely spoke to me and when she did her back was turned to me. I asked a question and she just kept her back turned toward me and wouldn't answer. She just had a bad attitude the whole time. I don't understand that type of behavior. I only came here because it was close to my house. I will now just travel the 20 miles to my doctors office where they are kind. read more

Very rude workers especially for people who have to stick you with a needle!!! I walked and was taken in on time for my apt which was nice, but then I gave my "perscription" of what bloodwork was needed from my doctor. The lady asked why I didn't put that into the computer, I didn't see a spot to put that into the computer and I didn't know I was supposed to. So then I felt bad and told her to take her time putting it in the computer (being nice, not sarcastic or anything) and she looks at me and says "I will I have to be here for 8 hours" and turns back to the computer. That was rude! Then she asked me some questions like my address so I answered and I started saying my apartment number and she says it's here on the paper I can read, why ask my my address if you're going to answer rudely? Also, she never asked for my ID so she never really checked to make sure I was the right human to receive this bloodwork! Then I get my blood taken and I ask to receive my billing receipt via email (I didn't want to make her work more printing a receipt). I never got the receipt and later in the day I get an email saying my results are ready. I log onto myquest account only to see SOMEONE else's lab results!!!! I was worried at first because it gave me sickle cell results and other things I didn't request so I called my cardiologist and then quest to figure out what happened! Only to find out my bloodwork isn't even read yet!!!! There is no way that is my results! I am now worried my lab results are not secure and will be going to random other people!!!! Rude staff, unable to find vein that I could SEE on my toddler. Pricked her multiple times moving arms, taping & undoing bandage. Had to bring 3 staff members in that all sucked. Will NEVER use this facility again. Please stay far far away. They will traumatizes your child. Tapped her arm so tight after it was turning purple even tho she wasn't bleeding as they couldn't draw blood. Honestly don't go here. Unprofessional & poorly trained staff. Very poor service!! Dr sent my request test form. I make an appointment about an hour beforehand. I head that way and while I'm on the way, I'm calling them to make sure they have the proper document because I'm leaving from work. I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I show up (they had my paperwork) and turns out their computers went down and they can't draw blood (not sure why u need a computer to draw blood-but okay--not my profession). About a week later, I return and now they can't find my paperwork.. waste of my time.. TWICE! read more

This lab is located inside the medical tower right next to Christus Santa Rosa Westover Hills Hospital. The parking lot is huge since it is part of the hospital but they have volunteers driving golf carts that will taxi to the front door for free if you want them to. Quest is located on the second floor all the way at the end of the hall. The office is clean and neat. There is ample seating available. This office gets busy quickly. You can come in on a walk in basis or you can make an appointment. The receptionists is not very friendly at all so I took a star off for that very reason and because you can overhear her talking negatively about other patients. Not at all professional. Since she was busy talking and not processing paperwork the wait was rather long. Deduct another star for exaggerated wait time. All this being said once you get called back the staff was on the ball. Quick, professional, and kind. Way to go lab techs! read more
