I have been to this location on several occasions and received great and fast service. Today 4/7/26 I went to have blood drawn and Linda at front desk was incredibly professional, friendly and had a genuine care for the patients. I had a problem with my lab request being sent from dr office and she was helpful and supportive while I waited for the dr office to open. Waited 2 hours standing up since small room was filled. Within 24 I caught a cold from one of the patients in the waiting room. They didn't even do my full lab work only did one orden when my Dr sent in 2 orders. Worse experience ever their work quality is the worse. I asked before they drew my blood if that was all the lab work she said she couldn't see anything else the person lied I was there on Monday around 10am wasted 2 hours to have to go back. read more

I can recommend it as long as the long haired floater isn't at the office. He is awful!!! So rude and condescending as though we should all know all the procedures and policies at labcorp. They don't take appointments so you have to do walk-ins. I came here for a drug test as a part of a job application. When you walk in, there is a check-in kiosk on the right side of the room. You have to check in before you speak to front desk, which I thought was confusing. They should move the machine closer to the front since not a lot of people won't look to the other side of the room when they walk in, then they start lining up at the reception window. But if you see the kiosk then the check-in process is easy. My ladies there were really nice and friendly. The procedure took little to no time and the staff were enthusiastic while doing their job. Had an appt that required two weeks of prep. Followed instructions and came to appt. After I sat dusk, they said, Oh, I was gonna call you to let you know that we ran out of that test. I asked if there was another location nearby and was told, depends on what you consider nearby and handed a map. No apologies or assistance at all. What can I say that hasn't already been said, the place is awful, truly the most miserable place I have had the misfortune to have to visit in TX. It is close by, so it is a necessary evil when fasting for labs to have somewhere close. The staff clearly hate their jobs, all the customers look intimidated and confused, the staff are scary, they speak to you in an aggressive manner. If you make an appointment for lab work they will send an email with a link to check in and wait in your car - BEWARE IT DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK!!! The last time I went I check in and wait in my car as instructed, time ticked by, nothing. I went inside and the woman snapped at me "Where have you been!!?? I have been calling your name!!" I told her I was waiting in the car as instructed, she said "Yea that check in thing don't work". So there you go people, they know how crap they are, those in charge don't care, so the staff are stuck with it and it just is what it is. read more

When I got there (5 minutes early), I still had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time for all the walk-ins to be seen that had arrived prior to me. I made an apt and called multiple times to make sure I got all the information I needed, I get there and I was misinformed about the titer blood work I wanted, for school purposes. They never informed me about the report that I need to get, since it wasn't a referral from my doctors office, then they tell me I have to pay out of pocket since I didn't have a referral, which is dumb because when I called my insurance they told me it would be covered and that this facility was in my network. THE OFFICE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME ALL OF THIS OVER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR ALL THE INFORMATION! Instead they told me yeah just come right in.
