Horrible! I came to this location yesterday for an employment drug screen. I was told all their systems are down and they couldn't see me, no biggie not their fault. I return today at 8:55 am so I can be right on time for their 9am start time of drug screenings. When I walked into the office there was ONE other patient in the lobby who was already being helped. I checked in as a walk in and then the employee tells me I can't be seen today because they're, "fully booked." I responded with "there's no one else in here. All I need to do is pee in a cup." To which she says "there's more to it than that." I have done drug screens probably 6 times a year for work, there is truly nothing more to it. They should not have the option for walk ins if they don't actually accept walk ins. I wasted my time coming to this site just to end up having to drive to a different location that could accommodate me. read more

We usually never go to Quest, except the doctor specifically sent the order to Quest this time. I don't know why the front desk is always so rude and unpleasant. They always make the patient feel like everything is their fault. If you're not there to do customer service, why are you there? Terrible customer service and treatment of patients. read more

Donna was so nice and I'm grateful for her care. Due to traffic I arrived to my appt late during closing time. Donna still took me in and drew my blood even though she didn't need to. Truly made an already hard day much better. Thanks Donna! read more

Brought my elderly father who has dementia and is very unsteady. The staff were rushed, rude and totally unhelpful. They wouldn't let him wait in their waiting room even though it had many open seats available and told us to wait in the building lobby because we were too early. I explained that I didn't mind waiting elsewhere, but it's difficult for my father to walk. They didn't care at all. Made us leave the office and go to the building lobby. Perhaps give empathy and compassion a try with your debilitated patients. read more

This is a fairly straightforward review. I was just getting routine bloodwork, one needle filling two small vials. I'll let the photo tell the story, but I should add that I am fairly lean and have visible veins. Technicians do not have trouble finding them, and I have not had bruising like this since giving blood in college decades ago. Another gripe is the new practice of preauthorizing a credit card bill, even though this was routine bloodwork for my physical and will be covered by insurance. read more

My mom has to stop in every week to two weeks for her blood draw. The phlebotomist Donna has been so kind and helpful to my mother. The staff helps her sign in and helps her out the door when needed. We appreciate all they do for her. read more

Just went in here to get a blood draw and it was the best blood draw I ever had (if there is such a thing). I hate needles, so I was pleasantly surprised when I barely felt anything going in and didn't even feel the needle come out. The technician was awesome. I didn't catch his name, but he should teach a class on blood draws. read more

I was given paper work from my nurse to go to this blood drawing lab. I needed to have my ALT liver test tested. I was shocked that I was told I had to come every 2 weeks for the next 6 months. The nurse gave a horrid remark when she found out that I have to go up there that much. To my surprise there were men in there having drug testing and there was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. The office is so small and is a pigsty and the staff is deplorable they were very disrespectful from the minute I came to the min. I left. First time I went they wanted to charge me 80-85$ because I did not have my insurance card on me and they refused to look up my info. with Masshealth. The nurse did not wipe my arm before putting the needle in I am scared I will get Staph infection in my arm. They put the needle in a exposed vein when I told them not to they said they will put it there regardless and did it anyway. She said I will have to use the other arm if I can't go in where she wanted, and I said you can't use that arm because I had Cellulitis and she was very nasty about it. All in all this 1 star I am giving is a fraud it truly just like the staff that works there should not have a job. I would not trust them taken blood from my dog if I had one, not even trying to get blood from a stone. When you call you get a phone message that plays over and over and there is no option to talk to a person. If I didn't have any illnesses before I came in I am probably sick now, then they will have me come back here to take blood lol. Truly nightmare shit show like a Stephen King movie/Twilight Zone episode. I don't scare easy but I am scared the staff has NO empathy even in a pandemic these woman truly hate their jobs this place should be looked into. I do not want to come here ever again!!! I was here for drug test today. Took well over an hour. But the drug test itself was less than 5 minutes. I know you girls are busy but you don't have to be rude to me. A few problems I observed - first, the nurse who goes by Donna refuses to give me a 2nd cup of water and claimed it will dilute my pee and make the test inaccurate. I am not sure if that's true as I don't have the expertise. But I know I was extremely dehydrated from the trip there and couldn't feel worse. Second, when I told the other nurse I am ready for it, she looked at me in an awkward way and asked "ready for what????" I explained, as I had explained to her earlier, that I need a drug test. She impatiently said to me that I need to wait while I had been waiting for almost a hour. Third, the two nurses completely ignored my existence (not sure if on purpose) even if I reminded them multiple times that people are getting ahead of me even if they came after me. I felt the reason I was not received with welcome is because I was the only minority who doesn't speak English very well. I certainly won't use this location again. More comments: I found out when I arrive home that the nurse got my name wrong. She put my first name as last and last name as first. read more

Never a fan of going to the doctor, I am currently in a situation where I require bloodwork monitoring for a while. I first got sent to Quest diagnostics in Quincy on a Saturday because it was the only day I was off from work. I'm glad for that! Ann and Donna are always so friendly and clearly know what they are doing! I don't bruise up like crazy after a visit with them! If you have any choice in where you go, I recommend them! read more

I am at quest diagnostics for a basic drug test and nicotine screening for a new job I am starting, and the workers at the front desk are ubarable rude I have never received so much attitude and eye rolling from a work place before and it wasn't only to me it was to everyone that came into the office. This company is the most customer UNfriendly one. God forbid you have to reschedule or cancel an appointment. There is no way at all to speak to a live person at your location. They don't want to be disturbed! All calls are handled by idiotic robots which is both irritating and confusing. To change the appointment the robot requires a number which we didn't receive. So now I'm left with the appointment we can't make, and I can't reschedule it. You can try to speak with a national call center, but they work only until 1pm, which is the worst schedule I've seen. I will never use this company again. This is not called customer service. This is called "Customers, don't bother us over the phone". Nice attitude. read more
