What a surprisingly good experience! The best one I've had at any Quest office. All services are now by appointment, so first you must go online and book your appointment in advance. That was an easy project with lots of dates and times from which to choose. You get a confirmation that you can print out. It has a QR code. Bring a copy of your doctor's orders/prescription with you -- it makes it go much easier. On arrival, I just scanned my QR code at one of the two kiosks by the window. The gals at checkin were very pleasant and even offered to help an older person who had no computer knowledge. I had almost no wait. I was called back by the " beautiful" Shana who was a sweetheart. We had a nice chat as she was finishing the necessary paperwork and printing the labels for my tests. I never watch when I have my blood taken -- it's nothing personal -- but even this went well without any discomfort. I would recommend this location -- if ever you need this type of service.

Quest Diagnostics is the world's leading provider of diagnostic information services. Half the doctors and hospitals in the country rely on Quest diagnostics to provide critical information to help them manage their patients health and one third of American adults in the US will have an interaction with Quest this year. With such a far reach and servicing so many patients, Quest as really fine tuned the process of getting your blood work done. Once your medical practitioner orders your tests, Quest sends you a link to make an appointment or you can just go on their website and make your own. I had to wait about a week for openings but you are free to come in any time and wait on standby. Once you have an appointment they give you a QR code than you can scan in when you arrive. If you don't have the QR code they can also find you by phone number and email. On the day of my appointment I arrived, scanned, and watched my wait time dwindle from five minutes to one minute on the screen on the wall. I have been putting this off because everyone always has the worst time finding a vein on me. They usually have to go through my hand. Pro tip, drink water before you come in to plump up the veins. It took them some time to find a vein as I feared but they got it done. I was really happy to see there was very little bruising. Best of all my reviews were posted online 2 days later. It was so quick! I didn't even have to wait to see my doctor to get the results. After going over my results with my medical care provider I am so glad I went. My results were pretty good but there is an area I need to focus on this year and I need vitamin D. I never would have known! Quest Diagnostics made the whole process of getting my blood work done so easy and as painless as possible. Everyone was so nice too. I even saw one of the mom's from my school. I definitely will not be putting this off again.

Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp seem to be the places they send you for blood tests. You'd think simple enough, but it's not. You best make an appointment through their websites. And as a suggestion, this Quest location is one of the better locations for blood tests. It's far better than Labcorp on Oakland, which turn into a regular freak show. The staff here is pleasant, polite and professional. You can also book an appointment on days that they don't do drug tests. So, if you're not going here for a drug test, I highly suggest you get an appointment when they don't do drug testing.

So I need make an appointment for blood work?

Hi, Wilmen! While walk-ins are welcome, appointments are always recommended. I usually go on the Quest app and make my appointment for a preferred time from the days and times available. Be sure to take the doctor's order with you as well as your DL… Read more

Today they are headquartered in Secaucus, New Jersey and operate 2,000 patient locations and dozens of clinical laboratories throughout the U.S. Services they offer include diagnostics, clinical trials, risk management, and drug screening. I like that the Quest website is user friendly. I can easily see available appointments across their many locations, book the appointment, and when ready I can quickly see my results that includes easy to understand information so I know what they mean. I needed to have blood work before an upcoming procedure and I was going to use a different location but I waited until the last minute and was only able to get an appointment here. This location is located in the Northridge shopping plaza on the corner of Commercial Blvd and Dixie Hwy. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the plaza along with a Publix if you need a drink or food after your appointment. The morning of my appointment I received the link to check in when I arrived. It wasn't even 5 minutes after checking in that I was taken back. I had my blood drawn on one take even though I have notoriously hard to find veins and there was only a very small bruise. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and I was on my way. For the best possible experience bring your lab orders from your doctor and book your appointment ahead of time to avoid long wait times at the centers. I had a good experience here and would use them again.

Through the recommendation of my doctor I was tested through Immuno Labs for possible food sensitivities. My test results showed that I was sensitive to 93 of the 154 foods for which I was tested. This was a total shock to me, and required a completely new way of eating for me. The only way I have been able to adhere to this new philosophy of food is through the great support I have been receiving from Kinsey Van Druten, Holistic Health Practitioner with Immuno Labs. She has sent me numerous recipes, answers my many questions, and continues to encourage me along the way. She has suggested books, blogs, and websites that relate to my issues, which have been extremely helpful. I have never had such excellent customer service from anyone anywhere before Kinsey.
