Yes crazy early but other option was to go another day or location and so it shall be. I made the appointment the day before, I had my printed lab work slip, I was signed up for text alert so I clicked the text saying I am here at the building. Easy check in process and I barely sat down before they called my name. The phlebotomist did a great job and I was out pretty fast.

I haven't been to Quest Diagnostics in a while and it's time for a review update! I went to Quest…read morethis morning to get my annual physical blood work done and it was an absolute breeeeeze. I don't think they allow you to visit anymore unless you have an appointment which you can make on their website fairly easily. If you do the guest version of this to make an appointment (aka you don't have an account), make sure to make note of when your appointment is or the confirmation code because I didn't receive any reminders of my appointment until the morning of. I didn't know they had appointments as early as 6am which is very convenient because I know before, it was so hard to get an appointment at this location and the line to wait would be so long. I made my appointment for 6:30am and came right on time. They send you a text message with a link you can use to check-in on. Once I checked in, I walked inside and the waiting area was clean with a good amount of seating. They renovated it since the last time I was here so it is pretty much no contact with anyone until it's time for your testing. They have kiosks you can also check in on. Once I was inside, I saw my name on the screen and was called within 2 minutes. Got my tests done within 5 minutes and was out in less than 10! Great location!

Have a chest X-ray , sonogram and CT for 8 am today . A lot of stuff done but I'm glad to get it…read moredone in one day . The shake I had to drink at midnight and at 6 Am was not terrible because I put it in the refrigerator the night before to drink, yuck .They have this office freezing cold .. I had to drink some more of vanilla shake and then was placed in that CT machine with my arms over my head which killed me because my arm and shoulder injury, they really pushed me beyond . This really hurt my arm and shoulder that was already in pain to more pain. Glad its all over and I will have my results soon. They are very nice at this center but plan on bringing a sweater so you don't freeze.

Two Stars for the Technicians, Not the Front Desk…read more The two stars are solely for the amazing ladies who performed my mammogram and ultrasound. The missing three stars are for the new ownership and front desk staff. I have been coming to Hollywood Diagnostic Center for so many years that I honestly couldn't even begin to count them. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me disappointed in the changes I experienced. From the moment I arrived, the lack of acknowledgment from the front desk set the tone. I don't need special treatment, nor do I expect anyone to roll out a red carpet for me. However, basic courtesy, warmth, and hospitality should be a standard in any business, especially for the people who are the first point of contact for patients. I also witnessed another woman who had been waiting for quite some time, only to discover that her name and paperwork had apparently been overlooked. When she approached the front desk to politely ask whether her name would be called soon, the response and overall demeanor of the staff were anything but kind or welcoming. It was disappointing to witness, especially in a healthcare setting where patients deserve patience and compassion. Thankfully, I did not have to wait long for my mammogram because my technician was ready for me. The experience itself was what you would typically expect from a mammogram, but my technician was incredibly kind and professional. After a short wait, I had my ultrasound, and that technician was equally wonderful. She was pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Both ladies provided the kind of patient care and positive attitude that were noticeably missing at the front desk. Since my very first visit, I have had the same technicians perform my mammograms and ultrasounds. I mentioned this to them during my appointment, and they explained that there had been significant staffing changes and new ownership. They were professional enough not to get into the details, and I respect that. I understand that businesses change, and new ownership often brings new faces and new ways of doing things. But one thing that should never change is the importance of customer service, kindness, and making patients feel welcome. Unfortunately, there aren't endless options for these services, and I do plan to continue coming to Hollywood Diagnostic Center. However, I wanted to share my experience because I have been a loyal patient for years, and I genuinely hope this feedback reaches the people who need to hear it. Your technicians are wonderful, but customer service starts at the front desk. A little kindness, a simple acknowledgment, and treating patients with respect can make all the difference. I hope the new ownership takes this feedback to heart before the center loses the loyalty and trust of longtime patients.

Try to come in as early as possible because wait times can be really long. Masks are required for service, so don't forget to bring your mask. If you have an appointment, and don't have a physical paper printed out, email a screenshot of your appointment to the email posted by the glass window. I wish I was told to do this because my appointment lasted longer. I needed to submit a urine sample and I understand why I there is no running water inside the restroom for obvious reasons. I do however, wish there was a separate sink OUTSIDE the restroom so we can wash our hands with soap and running water after we pee in a cup. Hand Sanitizers are however available at every corner so at least there's that.

Check in was easy and friendly, I love that they are paperless, you scan a barcode for the paperwork and can easily complete it on your phone, I couldn't believe how easy they made it. The wait was short and everyone was very professional. I am petrified of needles, however the phlebotomist was amazing, she was very sweet, extremely gentle and very patient with my nerves. You can tell they all work together which also adds to the nice enviroment where everyone is pleasant and make you feel like they genuinely care about their patients.
