Ehh, my experience was okay but very similar to going to a DMV in the morning. Imagine being at the door at 7 a.m. with about 15-20 people at the waiting in line. After making it inside and registering there will be a waiting room then 40 minutes to an hour pass there will be another waiting room for patients to wait in. Two long waiting rooms so impatient individuals prepare and take notice before coming here, bring a book, smartphone, or magazine for entertainment. It's safe to say this location is clustered but even with making an appointment coming here early while fasting it's still a headache. If the process was more streamlined or if another location open up around Metrowest/ Millenia maybe this location wouldn't be so bombarded. It's not any of the staff's fault they are amazing at what they do but any place that gets compared to a DMV experience is bad news. If I have to use them again I will make an appointment at 3:00 p.m. noon. I am pretty sure not many choose to fast for bloodwork around that time..hopefully. read more

I went here for annual exam blood tests. Busy waiting room but I only waited 10 minutes. Great woman that took my blood-did not hurt and she was very professional! read more

Worst customer service experience here. Rude technicians who refuse to follow basic common-sense when seeing patients. Never know when they go from "appointments only" to walk-ins rushing in to the kiosk and ahead of your appointment. Technicians slamming doors on customers. A very unpleasant experience. read more

Absolutely terrible place. Waiting over 2 hours. Do not go here this place is awful. If you like waiting and dealing with a slow staff this is the place to go. read more

I am sitting here at 8:30. Ms Rudeness comes out and says we close at 10:30 am and if we don't get to you we are making you leave at 10:30 and won't see you. She just blurted it out and then asked for the next patient. I work for this company and I was embarrassed read more

I arrived at about 645am on a Monday morning. I waited only two minutes before being called back and I didn't have an appointment. I'm always nervous about getting my blood drawn. I had Addie and she was absolutely phenomenal. Very thorough with the system documentation. She could tell I was nervous so really went above and beyond to put me at ease. She joked around with me, got me talking to distract from the blood draw, turned on the fan because I looked hot, and even gave me a high five at the end. This is the best blood draw experience I've ever had and it's directly a result of Addies positive attitude and dedication to her job and patients. I hope I get her in the future. read more

I made an appointment, but was herded into an inner waiting room with everyone who did not. What's the point of making an appointment then? I ended up being called back for my draw 30 minutes past my appointment time. I've never been to a Quest, so maybe it's like a doctors office where your appointment is always late? The outer and inner waiting rooms are dirty. I mean really, super nasty. The hand sanitizer stations were empty which is really gross in a place like that. The front desk ladies are loud and impatient. They seem overworked, and stressed so I feel for them, but it's still not good customer service, especially in the medical field. The phlebotomist was awesome though! She was friendly, put me at ease (I REALLY hate needles), and did a great job. read more

I came in as a walk-in patient and the room was full. My blood work had to get done that day. You check in via iPad and wait for your name to be called. They even have a tv with the first 3 letters of your name and the first letter of your last name and how long your wait is. I settled in for a long wait, so I thought. You have to know going in that you might have to wait a couple of hours. I only waited 40 minutes. The tech maybe took 5 minutes to get my information, pay and sign to confirm the label was me. She was great with the needle. I'll go back in a pinch. read more

My appt was at 1:15 when you go to desk no one is there just sign in computer. Even when i yelled hello said be with you in a minute and here it is 20 min later and no one still didnt come to window. Here i am on crutches and still later and no help. They need to have someone at the window. When someone does finally come out of the door they just rude and ignore you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE‼‼ read more

I agree with Jennifer C. Not to mention when they don't answer the phone and it goes to voicemail it is full so there is absolutely no way of getting in touch with them... read more

I like the new interior. I was in and out in 25 minutes. (I always try to schedule and early appt) I have rolling veins and insist on coming here because they find my vein immediately. read more

Wow. Very nice nurses. I was in and out not even 15 minutes with an appointment. Clean and nice. Will come here all the time if needed.

Very very unprofessional people. Some of the staff was rude. NEVER! NEVER! come back. This people need a customer service class.

I had an appointment for 6:45 and was out by 6:50. The lab tech was super sweet and very professional. Lobby was nice and clean and they seemed to be getting walk ins, in pretty quickly too. Highly recommend and make an appointment if you can and you're in a hurry. read more

They do not answer the phone when you call. I had to call numerous times before someone answered, and then was told that I was "testing his patience." The guy who answered also lied to me about whether or not he had received paperwork from my doctor. Very unprofessional place of business. read more

Don't bother making an appointment, they don't honor them. Waited an hour with all of the other people that did not make one.
