They were supposed to send results (mind you it was 10 vials of blood and I had to fast) to Function Health, but they instead sent them to my old PCP that I haven't even seen in over a year. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I went to a walk-in clinic and they recommended I I bring a stool sample…read moreto the "company." I remembered the place from the past. This time however I was required to make an appointment online! So, I went through all the bother and selected a date and a time from the available list and fill in all my information and press Enter and am told, "That time is no longer available." This goes on and on! Literally a DOZEN times! Then the next day, having failed to get an appointment via the internet, I call the number and get a recording. NO PERSON is available to speak to me. The recording says that a walk-in is possible but I should make an appointment! So, I decide, since I'm just dropping the stuff off, to go to this address and drop it off! Easy right? WRONG! I go into the very small entry room and there is no one behind the counter. Then I see a kiosk. I have to enter all my information on it and it scans my license, front and back and then it asks if I have an appointment! When I say "No." It says that I will have a "very long wait!" And that no openings are available today and I should make an appointment at another address... I left. I noticed they had no trash can in their waiting room because I would have tossed my specimens into it! If a clinic, or doctor's office or hospital tells you to use this place tell them to set up and appointment for you, or drop your samples off with their office and make them deliver it or even better, refuse to use this horrible company! From my experience, no one actually works there. No one answers the phone and no one will speak to you! In my opinion it is not a reputable company anymore and I wouldn't trust their testing because they obviously do not have enough staff to properly do the job! When I got home I ripped up the paperwork and dumped my samples in the trash can! When I called up the walk-in clinic to tell them I didn't want to be charged for the sample kit a recording greeted me and gave me no options to speak to a living, breathing human! I guess a lot of people in these foreign answer centers will soon be losing their jobs to AI!

Liability issue. Norwood urgent care was a life saver. I walked in on Sunday, I was seen by a PA 5 minutes later. I picked up my medication from the pharmacy 30 minutes later. Staff was very attentive. Also clean facility with the state of the art equipment. I was very appreciative. Thank you!
