The blood draw was very painful and resulted in a 2-inch blood leakage and bruising from poor technique and lack of patient care. I made an appointment maybe 2 hours ahead of time, arrived a few minutes early for check-in, waited no more than a couple of minutes, and the staff was swift and professional.
