Wow how things have changed. New staff. They were all very nice, quick, and Julia was awesome. She performed a painless blood draw. In and out in 10 minutes. We did have an appt. (To be fair there were only 3 other people in waiting room when we walked in.) Arrived 5 min early and was sitting in the exam room 1 min early. Ya can't beat that! Thanks Michael read more

I would give the experience at the Westminster LabCorp a negative star if I could. I was in for a pre-employment screening. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive. I felt treated like an animal. The phlebotomist disregarded my request for a foot stool when my feet could not touch the floor. The blood draw was very painful and resulted in a 2-inch blood leakage and bruising from poor technique and lack of patient care. I could probably prosecute for battery; I did not consent to this kind of treatment. Avoid the Lab Corp Westminster location at all costs. read more

Labcorp - This is the damage caused by the blood draw. Very painful. - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Denver, Colorado

This is one of the worst LabCorp locations north of Denver. Avoid this location at all costs if you can. The front desk person will argue everything with you the minute you walk in, they will make up their own rules on the spot or any other insane reasons, I have never experienced a place so disorganized and not knowing what they're supposed to do. I went to a quest location for a preemployment drug screen, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. This place is so poorly run. I don't know how they're still open. read more

Horrible experience. System was down, was not notified at all, so I unable to get labs done. The front desk told me my options were to go back to my doctor's office and get paper orders or to go far out, like Fort Collins, would not recommend whatsoever. read more

I went here for an employment Screening and it took them well over an hour to see me when there was only 2-3 people in the waiting room. I have pretty good patience but I feel like this clinic is utterly inefficient with its time management. I am throughly unimpressed with the service. read more

Avoid this Labcorp at ALL COSTS!!!! They refuse to order doctor ordered STAT tests and on top of that made a huge mistake and ran one test twice leaving out a very important blood test my doctor had ordered. They take zero accountability. Completely irresponsible people running this place. read more

Made an appointment 2 days in advance I get to location and they are very disorganized. I was told I owe $3.38 from a previous visit and wouldn't draw my blood without payment. I was not made aware when making the appointment about the past due amount? Labcorp hours are by no means patient convenience and I just 40 minutes to be told they couldn't draw my bloodwork over $3.38 cents..duh! I paid the past due and the technician draw and it was the worst the experience I ever had. She left a large hematoma on my arm and was bruised within an hour. I have had bloodwork done many times and I even donate blood every 60 days and never had my arm look the way it after using Labcorp. I'm still missing one of my blood test and it's been a week now. I tried to call Labcorp and you never get a real person so I left a message and no one has called me back? Stay away from Labcorp and the Westminster location and will use Quest Labwork in future! read more

The best lab I have ever been to. All of the staff were extremely friendly. The phlebotomist was very skilled and my blood draw hardly hurt at all. Got me in and out in a reasonable time. Highly recommended! read more

I made an appointment and i was seen relatively close to when my actual appointment time was. I needed to get my blood drawn and the nurse did not check my veins she just went in and my blood was not flowing well. She proceeded to move the needle around to where it caused pain and i had to ask her to take it out. I ended up passing out and after i woke up the nurses were laughing about it in the hall. My door was wide open and they were not making an effort to be quiet. I ended up leaving but since i had already paid needed to go back. When i returned the next week the same nurse greeted me and when i went to check in she once again laughed about my previous blood draw attempt. Thankfully another nurse helped me this time and was extremely compassionate and it went much smoother so i am grateful for that. read more

I will never get a blood draw at a Labcorp again. Not only did I wait over 2 hours with an appointment, but I watched as a nurse behind the desk with a huge attitude just flat out ignored people at the desk who had questions. And told someone "just follow the directions" when someone had an issue getting the check in at the ipad station to work. No help to offer this girl how to figure it out. This place is a healthcare joke and I will never go back. read more

Waited over an hour and a half and there was only ONE person working the desk, blood draws, and drug screens. Thats right just one. Not even a receptionist. I could hear him making small talk. I mean friendly is good but cmon you have a full waiting room! I had a urine drug screen for work and I had to go!!!! Also to add salt to the wound he took the person back who checked in AFTER me for a ... you guessed it ... blood draw. Drug screen takes literally seconds. Ridiculous. I mean the guy was doing his best I am sure. Probably a management issue. Why do you have so many rooms and nobody staffing!!! Find a different location. read more

I have been visiting regularly over the past years. It is really a smooth operation and everyone is friendly and helpful, especially today. The reason for 4 stars is carelessness of a certain phelbotamist that left me hurt and angry, but that happens everywhere, no business is perfect but this is close! read more

No problems with finding parking. This suite is located in the back of the complex so drive towards the back of the building; I didn't figure it out quick enough so I parked in the front-close to the street- then walked like 3 minutes to where I needed to be. NBD. I didn't like that no one was at the front counter to greet and check me in.. HOWEVER, it seemed like there were only 2 ppl running the whole show in the morning so then I changed my mind and was impressed because it was only the 2 of them. I made an appt a week prior to, on their website.. which was also super easy and the way to do it. Plug in your address and other info through the website so when you actually go in for your appointment, you don't need to do it there. Once in the back, I sat down, the lab tech was with me in 30 secs and we got started. It always hurts, the stupid initial prick of the needle but that's not the person's fault.. it's just the way it is. The tech and I had a nice simple conversation on recent movies: Lego and Frozen. :) Before I knew it, I was done.. so really I was probably at the facility for a total of 10 -15minutes?! In N Out... just like In N Out. :) Quick, efficient, clean lab, friendly techs, in a easy to find location. I would recommend this place for your labs. :) read more

The sign on the door says they open at 8am. Both times we've been here someone strolls in late Starbucks in hand all nonchalantly. People are trying to get to work/school. Management needs to tighten the reigns at this location. read more

I had just come from another LabCorp office in Broomfield (899 US Hwy 287) having been told that they were no longer taking pre-employment drug screens even though the LabCorp website itself said that they took them for another half an hour. I redirected, quite irritated, to the Pecos office and could not have been more pleased with the way I was treated. It was the complete bipolar opposite from the rude interaction I had in Broomfield. I was in and out in less than ten minutes, had zero wait time, and was treated well. If it's not too far out of your way, head to this lab...trust me. read more

The staff is always great but always understaffed. Guess corporate folks don't mind us waiting for long periods. Get a second person. Too much work for one person to check everyone in and then do blood work. read more
