I felt treated like an animal. The phlebotomist disregarded my request for a foot stool when my feet could not touch the floor. The blood draw was very painful and resulted in a 2-inch blood leakage and bruising from poor technique and lack of patient care. I could probably prosecute for battery; I did not consent to this kind of treatment. Avoid the Lab Corp Westminster location at all costs.

Also, you can check out my previous reviews of other spots, I overwhelmingly leave positive reviews but this phlebotomist made the appointment incredibly unpleasant from start to finish. I came in and sat waiting (the automated check-in screen wasn't on when I arrived) for over 10 minutes in full view of this woman with no acknowledgment. I just shrugged it off, even though I was the only one in the waiting room. She finally comes up and turns on the automated check-in. I do that and ask why the next appointment isn't until 30 minutes from now, given that I've been the only one in the waiting room and we could have completed the blood draw in the time I spent waiting to be acknowledged. She says there's another appointment at 2pm - okay, fair enough. However, she then starts sassing me saying that I should have made an appointment - I brought up that the email I received said that no appointment was needed. She snaps: "well, who sent that email because that's not correct". I said: "How would I know that when I don't work here? I can pull up the email if you like" and she goes "I'm not trying to argue with you". Really? You could have fooled me. I have never had this type of verbal altercation at a lab (or anywhere else for that matter) in my life. This location is convenient but I will never come back, given that this is how they treat patients. The rating would be zero stars if Yelp allowed it.

They canceled the first appointment and stated the machine was broke. I get it. Rescheduled the appt 3 weeks later again 2 days before they cancel now due to staffing issues. What if it's cancer and not dense tissue? 5 weeks have gone by, if they keep the next appointment it will be 7 weeks. Terrible to make me wait.
