i have been going to this office for a couple of decades i think. in spite of regular complaints…read moreabout cleanliness and missing supplies in the bathroom, dirty bathroom, and no supplies to get a clean. catch for a urine sample., not even paper towels in the bathroom or skin wipes or even lids for the container for example - just a dirty bathroom. I'm really fed up. Nothing changed. Most recently my test comes back with the comment that the results show that I either have a UTI or the specimen was contaminated. Now what!? Have an undesirable delay? Take unneeded antibiotics or go to (for me ) the extreme inconvenience of another appointment and visit to some other facility. Who will pay for the second test? also, there's no way to check in if you have questions or things go sideways with your registration. Last time I was told by the computer that I didn't have an appointment when I did. Even if things go well, having a do it yourself check-in with no recourse to an actual human is annoying

I came to this Quest location to get my labs done and boy, they were a HOT mess…read more I had a question about my insurance (which you're required to bring to check-in), but the check in process is fully automated so I wasn't able to ask it upfront. When I got taken back, I told the lab tech that I had 2 sets of labs ordered and the lab tech was out right rude about it. She snapped back at me, saying "no there isn't, there's only one in the system". After a frustrating back-and-forth conversation with her, she finally called the health system who ordered it and found out that it WAS there. She said "ugh" and sent me back into the waiting room to wait for them to send it over. 1.5 hrs pass by and I'm still in the waiting room. I knock on the door to ask them for an update. Jay, another phlebotomist, said that the girl who helped me earlier had gotten off her shift without letting anyone know I was still waiting. Super unprofessional. Absolute mess. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The 1 star is for Jay who ended up having to help me during his lunch break. I stayed there 2 hours for a lab draw that only took 5 minutes. I won't be coming back here again. Try the one at 55 Lock St.

It took 2 visits and they wasted 2 hours of my time. I had 2 other appointments today and they royally screwed up my schedule. I have terrible chronic pain I was awfully uncomfortable through the entire experience. They had to call my doctor and take the order by phone, which took 10 more minutes! The woman was so slow! I will never go to this location again!! HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE WAS OF TIME!!

If you are going to this site, make sure to go to South Church Street, the auto map from Google is wrong. It is a large white building called "Doctor Building" across the highway from Gateway CC. Went on a Saturday, the staff here were super nice. Didn't wait at all. I just took off a star because they don't have a direct line to call to the specific office. It's a quest thing and I think it's ridiculous.
