The very first receptionist I spoke to, upon hearing my story, IMMEDIATELY got me the earliest appointment possible. I was initially taken aback that I saw a different provider on each visit, but completely understand the thought behind it. My baby was delivered by Elizabeth Schwartz and Dr. Julie Shih was the OB on call. Both of them were warm, friendly, professional, and sympathetic listeners during my labor. My husband is a medical professional so he had technical questions which they gladly discussed with him, while focusing on giving me the direct down-to-earth care I wanted as I labored. I had some delivery complications which they handled beautifully, resulting in me and my baby both having an excellent hospital recovery. However, I did have some postpartum issues (unrelated to GNH's actions), and Elizabeth scheduled extra in-person and telehealth appointments to monitor my health and ensure I received the care I needed. My baby and I are now both healthy, and I was able to accomplish the drug-free labor that was my goal! Note: there is always an office wait time, which is difficult for my family situation. Otherwise this would be a 5-star review!

Went in around 5 (they're open until 5:30) and was seen immediately, very friendly phleobotomist who was willing to chat with me, as I am talkative everywhere I go. I even asked if she could use a smaller needle which she unfortunately couldn't due to the sample I needed, but she would have otherwise. My husband also went to this same site about 2 weeks later and had an equally quick experience. Both times were way faster than at Quest, where I usually have to wait in line. Easy parking in a lot, as well.

The office was packed , however the checkin process was fairly fast, considering the number of people ahead of me. I was not taken in until one hour after my appointment. We arrived at our appointment time of 10:30. The check in kiosk gives you the option of waiting in the waiting room or outside. The screens were giving everyone a hard time. I'd suggest tapping lightly. The waiting room was packed and they were still calling a four people for 10:20. There was also one 10:30 appointment ahead of us. The waiting room was clean and smelled pleasant. The seats were okay. We had a lot of laughs and good convos while we waited. The techs were apologetic and everyone in the waiting room was so patient. Someone in the waiting room informed us that 2 people were out so there were 2 replacements. Not sure if we got a replacement but she struggled to find my daughters vein. She was moving the needle around in one arm with no success. Before I began to get frustrated she did the other arm and was successful. Not sure I'd go again. If I did it I would anticipate having a long wait.

Today I brought my 87-year-old mother who is very ill in for a simple blood test. I explained that as she is in a wheelchair and so ill, I can't guarantee any one day or time that she can keep an appointment, so we take it an hour at a time. We sat patiently in the waiting room for over an hour as patients were taken in up to 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment while my mother vomited into a trash bag. Although they were shorthanded, one of the techs still managed to take a lengthy break. Finally, after 1 1/2 wait there were no more patients in the waiting room. Still my mother sat while the two techs were behind closed doors. I knocked on the door to find out what the issue was and was told they were catching up on paperwork. They were also taking care of blood before it went "bad." We waited another 15 minutes before the 2-minute blood sample was taken. No one who works with ill and/or elderly people should be given a position such as this. The management needs to take a close look at who they hire and train them properly in the handling of patients. Karen G
