Get a new monitor in the waiting room, it's always dark purple and difficult to see your appointment.

Worst quest ever . It's ALWAYS an issue there computers not working women with the worst attitudes ever now there's computers talking about a walk in wait til 10 from 8 but there's two people? (cause there's never anyone at the front to speak to EVER) it's disgusting and pathetic people take their time to go there and it's always an issue! Haven't been ONCE where there wasn't! read more

The staff is amazing! Thank you Janiba for making my day! I'm usually very scared and nervous about blood and needles but she made it so easy for me! Also she brought someone else in (I don't remember her name) because it was hard to find my veins, and she was amazing too! Janiba asked me if I wanted to hold her hand and she made me feel so comfortable, she was talking to me the whole time trying to get my attention to her so it was easier for me to do the blood test. That shows that they really care about people. Thank you Janiba and friend for making my visit easier. I'll definitely be coming back here! read more

Understaffed and unorganized Usually walk in and figured I would schedule a appointment via the website /phone for routine blood work ahead of time to minimize the wait time Get there on time waited an hour and no receptionist to be found ( Nadda ,zip ,nothing ) Some people waited almost two hours and no one comes out to even notify people of the ridiculous wait times so they could at least come back Techs just laugh and say to one another " hope no one has any plans today " Really ??? Get your act together and act professional people read more

The process was very easy to check in. I waited in my car and got a text when it was my turn. The wait was less than expected. They took me right at my appt time. More importantly, I have hard time with blood draws and, as I always do, I let the person know. She was patient and professional. It was probably one of the best bloodwork experiences that I've had. read more

Arrived for blood work on Monday @ 8:45 am. By 9:30 am I walked out. They had only taken three people during that entire time. Two techs were there no one at the front. At 9:30 there were still five others ahead of me. The entire room was full with people waiting. No apology, no we'll be right with you. NOTHING!!!! Now most companies would not tolerate such a thing from their employees. Apparently, this is the normal with Quest. There is never a time when there is not a room full of people waiting .So full that all seats were taken. The techs take the time while chatting. read more

Went in around 5 (they're open until 5:30) and was seen immediately, very friendly phleobotomist who was willing to chat with me, as I am talkative everywhere I go. My husband also went to this same site about 2 weeks later and had an equally quick experience. Both times were way faster than at Quest, where I usually have to wait in line. The procedures themselves were relatively simple and painless, just slight temporary discomfort. Throughout all of my appointments and follow up check ups the nurses, PAs, assistants all said everything looked great. I was somewhat happy with the results. Some of the discoloration did not go away as they indicated but they said I could receive more injections of some sort. Then I went in for the three month follow up appointment. A new PA examined my legs and told me that both veins opened up and the entire process needed to be done again. Skeptically I asked why is this being stated today when a month ago everything looked great. "Sometimes this happens". This was never explained to me previously. At that moment I lost all trust and confidence in this practice. A year later the pain in one of my legs is worse than it ever was before the procedures. In hindsight I never should have minimally considered other medical groups. If I decide to seek further treatment I will do so at another facility.

Let me cut right to it. My family and I have been going to Dr. Kim (Milford walk in) for over 20…read moreyears. Overall she is a very nice person and doctor. However the office and the employees are another story. Most are interns that come and go. Let me say that the relationship you think you have with your physician can quickly be ruined especially when you have an issue or question. This happened to me today. I simply called and spoke to Wendy about a couple of office visits. Some of these visits were less then 3min. I perfectly understand insurance but requested to speak with Dr. Kim on a issue. When that happens it turns into money not the relationship. Wendy quickly got back on the phone and stated she spoke to Dr. Kim and she said unfortunately she cannot do anything. All I wanted was a quick chat. In conclusion look for at least a more up to date, private, professional office. I never really felt any of these factors until I was treated like a number today and not a 20+ year patient. I will never return to this office.
