This went on until Dr Jackson decided that Fairfield county patients were MUCH more lucrative that those of Us living elsewhere. Needing to find another doctor after two years I was recommended to doctor, Beth Ann Valashinas who initially gave Me a through examination and sent Me for xrays and blood testing. Now today I waited a hour and a half just to see her, she came in with NO apology and was rude to My wife when she asked a question. Never giving an explanation as to what the problem is. At one stage she came in looked at her phone and disappeared for another five minutes. I still don't have a diagnosis! On a further note apparently the practice has no relationship with the state as my card was refused. There was even a co pay for blood work at the first appointment Co pays for everything!

UNVACCINATED APRN said she could "fudge" the diagnosis so medicare would cover. Patient, with all her faculties, pronounced she did not want or need hospice care. Told by office manager patient could not longer have any specialists. Odd. Especially when patient NOT on hospice care. Conservator threatened by office manager who proceeded to file a completely fraudulent "medical neglect" report with elderly protective services. Patient had living will, was NOT sick not suffering. Patient lived happily until 93rd birthday. Passed naturally, not in pain or ill, in her sleep in her down bed at home (as in her directive and per her wishes) without this practice pushing morphine through her veins for no reason whatsoever. Dangerous office. Dangerous practice. Dangerous manager. Abuse of life, of caregiver, of medical conservator, of patient welfare UNBEARABLE, unethical and filling of fraudulent report.....illegal.

I have been with Janice Howard for the vast majority of that time. No words could do justice to how wonderful she is! She is extremely knowledgeable of all hearing issues and just the nicest person you could hope to have overseeing your medical needs - very compassionate and understanding. She puts you at ease the moment you meet her. She also cared for my very elderly mother for many years.
