DO NOT USE THEIR AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM. It does absolutely nothing (even though it tells you your appointment has been scheduled), and you will have to do a walk-in appointment instead. I had to wait an entire hour and a half because of their absolutely useless phone system. If they honestly don't care enough to fix this, I wouldn't trust them with anything else they supposedly provide. read more

I attempted to go into quest diagnostics for a drug screening for my new employer the "employee" stated to me "I could not leave my four month old baby boy (where I could see him could not be left alone.) Another woman offered to watch my son as it was the last day to take my drug test for my pre-employment offered to watch my child, she was a wonder stranger and wanted to help me The "employee" told the other woman "no!" She the "employee" advised me that if I were to take the pre-employment drug test I will quote this... " I will call DCFS and tell them you are being "negligent" get child DCFS to the office. I am a single mother to two small children. I had no one to watch my son. That employee was incredibly disrespectful to me. She rudely told me that she was a single mother and then I explained the DV situation I was going through. My 4 month old baby was on life support for 35 days at the PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) at Primary Children's for 35 days. She then proceeded to hand me a piece of paper Medallus Urgent care and told me they were a third party. They couldn't process my drug test because that was false so I had to pay for my test. They were disgusted by the way I was treated at Quest Diagnostics. They told me they would be calling to file a formal complaint. The woman I spoke to at quest diagnostics you're disgusting. You deserve to be fired. You treated me like other shit and you are a horrible bitch. I hope you never treat another person the way you treated me today was despicable. I went in at 3:30 am hour before they closed no one was in the waiting room, I checked in on the kiosk for a self paid for test, when someone finally came out she walked directly to the Hispanic guy that came after me and was also a walk in with no appointment, ignored me even when the guy told her I was there first. And rudely told us both that in the future we need an appointment but that they could take is this time, like we didn't matter. I was kind through it all, and explained I didn't make an appointment because I needed to ask questions first. I tried calling and could never reach a person. Bottom line they were rude and acted put out that I even existed. I'll avoid coming here in the future. read more

Awful and rude staff. I walked in for my appointment and the women says very rudely: "That door should be locked, we are closed". When I told them I had an appointment she cut me off saying "I understand, but I don't have access to the internet right now so we're closed". Losing internet isn't their fault, but to be so rude to a patient and not even bother calling their appointments to let them know. I drove 30 minutes with my baby to get my bloodwork done and I rearranged my whole day. I left almost in tears. Just rude rude rude. Don't come here. If you are looking to get test results in a timely manner, go to LabCorp or any other lab. Got my test done on 9/15 - unable to obtain results. My insurance claim was processed before they could provide me with my results. After multiple emails, calls and checking quest portal - still cant get my results. read more

This is the most UNETHICAL company I have ever worked with. They will bill the insurance company for twice the going price and when the insurance company only allows a certain amount they go ahead and bill you separately, hoping you won't ask the insurance what you're correct bill is. Then if you do call the insurance company and they tell Quest to stop billing you, then they send you to collections! They are literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. This Quest location is staffed with people who think that it's run for their benefit rather than their patients.' I arrived this afternoon as a walk-in 45 minutes before closing time, with nobody at all in the waiting room, and the supervisor said that she could not take my blood sample because I didn't have an appointment. Yet the Quest website did not say an appointment was required and I have been a walk-in patient at this location several times a year for a decade. I can only conclude that she just didn't want to bother with me so close to closing time. If you have to use Quest, avoide this location. read more

They also lied to me and said that I could go to a different location to do the same test but the other location said that only this location has the materials. This was my first biometrics screening, so I didn't know what to expect. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! The thing that took the longest was checking in on the iPad! (I was being too aggressive...apparently a light touch works better) As soon as I was done checking in, I went right back to be weighed, blood pressure taken, and three tiny vials of blood drawn. **AJ was friendly, helpful, and efficient.** I barely felt the needle when he put it in to draw blood. If I wasn't expecting it, I don't think I would've detected the prick of the needle. For reference, I made an 11am Tuesday appointment online and came in (six minutes late) to ZERO people in the waiting room. read more

Find another lab to go to for testing. Amber that works at Murray Quest with pink hair treats patients poorly, disrespectfully, and doesn't want to be there at her job. I wouldn't let her take your blood. I filed a complaint yesterday after years of bad employees but Amber took the cake on rudeness and hostility. Still waiting for a call from her supervisor. I just wanna pee in the cup and get it over with for the love of all that is holy! The poor girl working here was all alone and had no re-enforcements on the way. She did fantastic under the circumstances and still managed to get me in an out in under an hour. My company requires the occasional UA because our office is connected to our warehouse and we provide flammable/combustible woodworking and cabinetry supplies so I guess they don't want us fucked up at work. So I come here several times a year. It seems like they are consistently under staffed. If they had even 2 people working at a time and one on call - they would go so much quicker. Hopefully they'll get it together because it's so annoying that I have no choice but to come here and waste hours of my day. I've talked to my CEO about switching to in house testing if this place doesn't change. read more

The experience at this lab was incredible. There was no wait time and I was able to start at exactly the time I was scheduled for. My test was very advanced and my tech, AJ, was very thorough about what the test would entail. He took the time to combine my order into the least amount of vials necessary, and then carefully explained to me which tests I would need to take at the hospital. The process was quick and comfortable, and I loved how thorough AJ was to tripple check my order to ensure he didn't miss anything. AJ even called me after to follow up on some details and helped me schedule for the following week. I am so happy with the whole experience and their staff! read more

This lab is understaffed and hard to find as the signage is poor. They also lost my sample or "rendered it unsuitable for testing". How do you screw up a simple test.
