They're quick to remind you of your outstanding balance but will leave you on hold for 45 minutes hoping you'll hang up, only for them to. Care quality isn't even decent, I gave birth in October in the Lehi location, and the nurse I had was awful. Cause severe birth trauma for me as a first time mom, wish I could remember her name. I've had family try to help me navigate their financial aide and they mention Intermountain isn't even this hard. If you can, go elsewhere.

We utilized the services of Labcorp to participate in a health challenge online. The process was pretty quick and easy. We didn't schedule appointments, but rather just arrived first thing in the morning to be first at the check in Kiosk. The check in with the Kiosk worked pretty slick by just scanning my driver's license with populated the info into their system. I had to answer a couple of questions, and then take a seat. They called me up to the desk to present my certificate they quickly someone came from the back to get me. The phlebotomist checked on my identity and asked me which arm I wanted to use. You can use either as the arm rest will adjust to accommodate the opposite arm. Both visits, the care they took in drawing my blood did not leave a large bruise like I usually get at the doctor's office. It only takes a few minutes to get the blood draw done and we were on our way out to the car. The prices seemed reasonable, although we did pay through a different challenge program. We are considering using them to do further testing, to manage our health issues in the future.

Her assistant was busy, so she came out herself to get my daughter. My daughter is usually pretty shy at first, but she instantly clicked with Dr. Dennis and felt comfortable. The doctor was able to quickly figure out what type of rash it was, took the time to explain everything to me, and then made sure we didn't have any questions. We didn't feel rushed at all. We left there with a prescription and the information we needed. I asked my daughter which doctor she wants to see next time and she said definitely Dr. Dennis. Tanner Clinic made room for us and made sure that they fit us in even though we were late because they knew that we had a long drive there. I am so impressed with this clinic. I felt so great about my mom going there that I have decided to transfer my pain clinic from Murray. They were very proactive regarding injections that will come in the future for her. They explained everything clearly and the entire staff was incredibly friendly. As soon as you walk in, you will feel at home. It was easy to ask questions because they want you to be informed and left plenty of time for us to ask any questions we had. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I anticipate that this will be our clinic for a long time to come and I look forward to having a wonderful relationship with this clinic. If I hadn't saved my emails, it would've been their word against mine. They wouldn't continue to communicate with me through email, for the sake of giving me a paper trail to show I had attempted to resolve the issue many times. Had I not pushed for a payment plan, that they insisted was not an option, it wouldn't have been given to me. They took excellent care of me and I was in/out in a pretty reasonable amount of time. But my favorite part was watching how staff dealt with another client. Older male, extremely anxious and nervous. Staff took the time to come out and fill all of the paperwork out for/with him instead of leaving him on his own to navigate. And there is a LOT of paperwork (like anything medical.) The staff member was kind. Let me say that again: "The staff member was kind." She chose a great path that day and I appreciate her for it.

It was hard to know I was going to have to wait anther 5 days for services, but I endured. They still didn't contact the insurance company for another three days. It wasn't enough time for the approval to go through so they sent a message asking me to rescheduled the imaging which means I have to reschedule my appointment with my docter as well. Once they sent me the notice, I tried to contact my insurace company, but it was too late in the day and now I have to wain until after the weekend to try to get things straightened out and get on the schedule. I'm very disappointed.
