On top of that, other locations were too far or did not have appointments until early August. Eventually I found this location on my own. I made an appointment over the phone, which was very simple and straightforward. I had a 9:20 AM appointment and was instructed to come in 15 minutes early. I got there around 8:50 AM, checked in, paid my co-pay, and filled out some paperwork. The front staff was very lovely and chatty. After I finished the paperwork, I waited for my turn. Around 9:17 AM, I was called back. The nurse explained the entire protocol, and I was in the machine by 9:20. I finished around 10:15 AM. They got me in and out in a flash! I also want to give major props to the two nurses that were with me during my MRI. They were so friendly, kind, empathic, and caring. They ensured I was good during the whole process and were very comforting. I would recommend this place over the standard Advent Health or Simon Med. They were much better with time management, and their staff was much friendlier. On top of all this, I got my results the same day, late that evening. That's insane!

All the employees have treated me well and listen to anything I had to tell them. On this latest experience, I got my oldest for an MRI and we arrived a bit early. We signed in and waited for them to call them, and went through the check-in process. Then we just had to wait for them to be called in. The whole test was done in a very short period of time. We requested a copy of the disc for the MRI and only waited about five minutes to receive the disc. They have two locations just up the road from each other and when you make the appointment they let you know which one you have to go to. There is ample parking at both of them.

I brought 2 Specialist Doctors that I informed them I needed to be referred to and they disregarded my documentation and referred me to Doctors other than who I informed them I needed to see. I can to call back to remind them. One of the specialists I have an appointment with, I am still unsure if they ENT doctor or the Orthopedic Surgeon has been contacted.

I didn't realize I was at the wrong location initially. I went to my Dr's office which was wrong. They printed out the correct address and gave it to me. When I typed the address in for the surgical center it brought me to the right bldg, but the wrong office. After showing the woman at reception, she told me my appointment was back at my Dr's office?! So, after driving back for a second time, the Dr's office said yes, I had gone to the right bldg. & they didn't know why she sent me back to my Dr's office. They sent me back & said I needed to make sure I was at the right "office". So this time I drove back and did not go back to the main reception. Instead I looked for the office number. THEN I finally found where I was supposed to be. When I walked in, I was frustrated, hot, and upset because I was afraid I had missed my appointment time. The woman at the receptionist/admittance area for Lakeview Surgery Center was SO mean. She was aggressive and beyond rude. When I let her know my name and that I was checking in. She immediately asked me with a VERY ANGRY TONE -if she had told me I was in the wrong place. Confused by this demand at entering, I said no it wasn't her, she immediately responded to whoever she was talking with on the phone saying (again with loud, anger) THANK YOU. She then proceeded to ignore me when I asked question, not say your welcome when I said thank you, and at one point she actually asked me "what do you think". What a shameful and horrible way to treat someone who was scared, uncomfortable, confused and just looking for help!!

She spent so much time confirming every requirement with the specialty company, making phone calls, and completing all the necessary forms--far more than anyone could reasonably expect. Her managers, Barry and Cortnney, also stepped in to support her, and together they made sure everything was handled perfectly. What touched me most was that Laura stayed in the office even after hours, just to make sure everything was done right. Her patience, dedication, and kindness made a stressful process feel manageable. Thank you, Laura, for going above and beyond. Your compassion and commitment truly made a difference.

It was very clear that this location does not see many younger patients. From trying to get his weight to trying to examine him. The NP kept asking me if he was complaining of a sore throat or body aches. I had to keep telling him he was 17 months and can't verbalize those things. The care was fine but would only come back in an absolute pinch.

I was witting since march for this appointment. I drove 45 minutes to be here and they has the office close for holidays supposed. I don't know what holiday, but they so irresponsible since they didn't communicate the office will be close before the appointment date. They sent me text messages reminding my appointment yesterday. I'm so angry and I don't recommend this Obg office. I lose one day from my job. According to the reviews, the professional service and front desk are horrible. Actually, maybe I should be grateful for not having such a bad experience. IRRESPONSIBLE.
