After them telling me that I need to speak with radioligy, which I already know, the guy offers to go to radiology and ask how busy they are. Dr. Aman Pandey, MD, was dismissive, uninterested, and acted like treating me was a burden. For minimal treatment (oral lidocaine and basic bloodwork), I was billed $4,715. Unprofessional staff, poor quality of care, and zero compassion. Avoid this place at all costs. Long: My recent visit to this urgent care/ER was absolutely unacceptable. From start to finish, the staff was unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive. The nurse who administered my oral medication did so without gloves while wearing very long acrylic nails -- something I found both unsanitary and disgusting. The treatment itself was shockingly poor. For stomach issues, I was essentially given oral lidocaine, had blood drawn, and was told blood tests would be run -- all of which resulted in a staggering $4,715 bill. The level of care in no way justified that cost. The doctor on duty, Aman Pandey, MD, was one of the worst doctors I've ever encountered. He came across as uninterested, dismissive, and entitled, almost as if my presence there was an inconvenience rather than his responsibility. His behavior made me feel unwelcome and unsupported in a setting where patients should expect compassion and professionalism. This was easily one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had, both in terms of treatment and basic respect. I would never recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality medical care.

I found Zach and his team online and from start to finish it was a positive experience. Zach took his time to thoroughly investigate our 3 bedroom apartment and explained the different sampling he was doing to check out for different irritants! My family had been having some concerning health symptoms and part of our journey to figure it out…read morewas to see if there was anything concerning/mold in the air we breathe in our home. We are not native to FL so we did not know mold is prevalent in the air and even homes due to more humidity in the environment. We reached out to Bigfoot for air quality testing specifically questioning if we had mold. It turns out we do not have mold. Yay! Zack is the owner and the one who performed our testing, he was professional, very pleasant and knowledgeable about mold and the test he performed. He answered all of our questions above and beyond what we asked. Although we are very much on our journey of figuring out our families health issue one thing we can cross off our list is our air quality... that was a big worry of mine and now I have peace of mind that it is not what is making any of us sick.
